Casa del Moro

Our house, Casa del Moro, is located in the ancient historic centre of a century-old village in the Savio valley. The ancient village in which it is located, Mercato Saraceno, already existed in 1153 when Saraceno degli Onesti wanted to create a market near the water mill, on the open space near the river with the only bridge over the Savio between Cesena and Bagno di Romagna. Casa del Moro has maintained the style of the medieval village, adding elements of recovery to support its centuries-old identity.

The PORCH WITH VIEW

Independent villa, fully fenced with gate for car entrance and pedestrian gate. Large and well-kept garden with barbecue,and large porch where you can have lunch while admiring the spectacular view of Mount Titano and the valley that surrounds it. From the porch you access the living room,which offers all the comforts, with sofa bed, to the right of the living room is the equipped kitchen. Also from the living room you access a hallway that houses two double bedrooms ,a single bedroom and a bathroom.

Independent holiday home located in the middle of the green San Bartolo National Park and looking at the blue of the Adriatic sea, the house is a welcoming and comfortable home of 100 square meters, perfect for people who love being in nature and relaxing looking at a spectacular view that goes from the Appennini to the sea. The house, an old fishermen’s house which have been recently refurbished, is close to the village of Casteldimezzo and the characteristic village of Fiorenzuola di Focara.

Appartamento in zona tranquilla a 10 minuti di camminata panoramica dal centro storico di San Marino il comprensorio offre parchi zone pedonali e campi da tennis in poco tempo si può raggiungere anche borgo maggiore tramite le gallerie del treno oggi adibite a zona perdonabile. Il comprensorio anche per escursioni in mtb. L'appartamento rustico con pavimenti in mattoni antichi e muri in pietra è stato da poco ristrutturato ed offre tutti i confort aria condizionata e riscaldamento autonomo.

La spiaggia attrezzata, con bagnino e bar/ristorante, è proprio di fronte (ombrellone e 2 lettini: 10€/giorno a maggio, giugno e settembre, 15€/giorno a luglio e agosto). Parcheggio privato nel giardino (10€/giorno a aprile, maggio, giugno e settembre, 15€/giorno a luglio e agosto). Tassa di soggiorno: 2€/notte/persona

The house is a 10-minute walk from the center of Ravenna and close to the station. Also very convenient for those attending the university and all the places of historical interest, a few minutes' walk from the theaters of Ravenna. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make a sweet breakfast.
