Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Gateway

My husband and I spent 2 weeks at Brody and Elizabeth’s place in Fort Myers. The home is located in a great area, just 2 blocks from Mc Gregor Ave. The unit is very, very comfortable, clean and in a convenient location a short distance away from downtown Fort Myers. Brody is quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. We will definitely keep this rental unit in mind when we return to Fort Myers. Thank you to Brody and Elizabeth.

The property was clean and comfortable. Wendy was proactive with her communications on how to gain entry. She also provided suggested activities in the area. 10/10, of we are back in town we are staying at Wendy’s place.

Is my second time at this beautiful property, love the privacy of the house . Quiet . Pool is nice helps relax hot days :-) We would definitely come back again .

Amazing stay. Hoang was very responsive, accommodating and helpful. The landscaping was overgrown and he took care of it almost immediately. Very professional. Only critique would be some of the linens were stained and the bed in the double room was squeaky. However, overall this is a great stay and would recommend it!

Beautiful place! natural, private, quiet, peaceful! if you are looking for a place where you can easy your mind, disconnect, read and breath clean air this is definitely your place!

The attention to detail makes this place really stand out. Coffee, snacks, bottled water, toiletries are all there waiting for you. She even has new toothbrushes should you forget yours. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. There’s Pool floats, beach towels, etc. love that I didn’t have to bring the extras! she also has suggestions for places to eat and things to do in the area. Will definitely rent this home next time I visit. Gorgeous views too!

Jesse's house was Amazing...very welcoming & fun, great location, quiet neighborhood, etc. They were incredibly friendly & quick to respond to whatever we needed/asked; flexible/accommodating & attention to detail was second to none. Look forward to staying there again & we are super appreciative of their beautiful home & such gracious hosts - you're gonna love! :j

This place has become our go to place for a staycation. We keep coming back every year. Love the location, the convenience and Pamela is always so great at accommodating our family. Can’t wait to be back.

It was great. Super clean and a very close uber to a lot of surrounding areas.

Fantastically comfortable and convenient to everything. This is our fourth and last year down to Fort Myers, and the apartment was everything we could have hoped for. Host was was responsive and flexible. We particularly appreciated having items we could use for the beach and around town like chairs and a cooler.

I had a wonderful stay. Booked the airbnb for a weekend trip to attend a wedding. Very easy to walk to downtown. The place was super cozy. Easy check in and check out. Great AC for that Florida heat. Had no issues. Overall, an excellent experience.

Daysi was a super host. Place was amazing clean and peaceful to take time out of everyday work day. Me and my husband needed time off from the world and daysi place did that. I will be back for another getaway.

This place is amazing. I felt right at home like I was at a villa in Tobago (Caribbean). The unit was spotless, very comfortable and peaceful. Close proximity to the beach and great restaurants. I will definitely visit again. Highly recommended!!

When folks enjoy hospitality it is obvious. Bear Necessities is a wonderful AirBnB. The kitchen is functional and well equipped. The bed is comfortable, and the whole apartment is lovely. The bear theme is well done and fun, but not over done. Charlotte and I van are excellent hosts. Lots of thoughtful touches to show that they want you to enjoy your stay. The location was good for us as we don’t really enjoy being in the busy parts of town. We enjoyed the quiet.

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

Lisa was an excellent host. She was quick to respond and very helpful acclimating to the area. The Airbnb is located conveniently to many area activities. We stayed for a month and never ran out of things to do. The pool was a nice plus for Florida weather. Overall, we would highly recommend Lisa’s place to anyone who wants a quality place to stay in the Fort Meyers area.

Everything was as expected, especially concerning construction. The grounds were still greatly in disrepair, but that didn’t bother us. The location to the beach was outstanding, which was the main feature we were looking for. As we don’t rent a car, we had to Uber everywhere we wanted to go. The only walkable restaurants were Doc’s (across the street 👍) and Coconut Jack’s. It was okay. The condo was fully furnished with everything we could possibly need, save for a beach cart which would have been nice. We especially enjoyed the lanai; it has a wonderful view. Communication was excellent and very responsive.

This apartment was lovely and spotless. My family and I had a wonderful and relaxing time. The condo is very private and quiet. The beach is very close even though we got rough seas but weather was nice. Highly recommend this place.

Caihlin was a fantastic host. Very responsive to our questions/concerns. The place was just as beautiful as the pictures showed and we enjoyed everything about it. There were plenty of beach items to use, so we didn't need to purchase anything to enjoy the beach. There were plenty of games to play, books to read and even a drawer full of extra batteries for the TV remote if needed. We even had access to their 2 bikes and took an enjoyable morning bike ride into Fort Myers beach. You will not be disappointed at all with your stay.

Cathy's condo, her great responsiveness, and the area exceeded our expectations. We were extremely pleased with everything. We will re-visit the area for sure. Thank you Cathy!

I loved this place! We are hoping to stay here again in May. It was just like the pictures but even better. The lake was amazing and it was so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for making our trip memorable.
