Emerita’s place was great. Very nicely updated and remodeled. Very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. Close to downtown and check in was easy and communication was great. We would definitely stay again.

Jessica was a great host, She helped us with finding a boat ramp on top of telling us things that were going on near. House had a dock to park the boat on a very calm canal and it was on the end which is ideal. Thank you again Jessica for having us !

Additionally, the outdoor space was a highlight, with a beautifully landscaped garden and a patio perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals al fresco. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable. It was evident that great care was taken to maintain the house, making me feel comfortable and at home throughout my stay.

Excellent stay! Was everything we needed. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Loved the openness of the inside. Perfect pool. Was able to swim night day & night. Patio was great to sit out in any time of the day or night. Outside patio fans were great. Matthew was helpful & kind. Beds were comfortable. Neighbor was peaceful. Perfect birthday, retirement & anniversary stay for our adult family. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Matthew!

The house is a true gem! Beautiful comfortable and it has everything you need. Super family-friendly, everything has been thought to make you feel at home. The pool is beautiful and the summer kitchen is amazing. On top of that Romy goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good time and he’s super responsive. I would stay here again! The pictures were accurate. The place was beautiful and clean. Right on a lake. Jodi and Jeff were always responsive and friendly. It was near FGcU and close to my daughter’s work. The only negative was the gate. We had to give our license every time. But i did feel it was very safe. We would definitely recommend this place!
