Petar was wonderful, advising on all sorts to make our stay perfect. The villa is stunning and the view breathtaking, it’s peaceful and quiet. It is out of the way and not really walkable to anywhere. We decided to rely on taxis and didn’t get on with uber, but found the following company great and would recommend them TAXI PODSTRANA ŠKERY. Petar had thought of everything, every room was perfect, comfy beds, AC, beautiful en-suite, fully equipped kitchen and Petar very kindly grabbed some essentials for us when we first arrived which was very kind. You can’t drink the tap water but this wasn’t an issue, at the end of every day trip we asked the taxi driver to stop at a shop and we brought a load back home. The outside grill was great too. The pool was amazing and my 4&6 yr old nephews spent more time in that than anything else! We had a fantastic time and we couldn’t have asked for more from the villa or Petar, we were sorry to leave.

Wir waren mit einer Freundesgruppe von 9 Leuten in der Unterkunft und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Aussicht und Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist makellos und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Auch der Kontakt zum Besitzer der Unterkunft (bzw. dem Sohn) hat problemlos funktioniert. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen. Wir würden wieder kommen.

A true gem! Very beautiful, spacious house right on the Adriatic coast with an amazing sea view. We loved staying there. The place feels very private and peaceful, and it’s super comfortable to relax by the heated pool on comfy loungers, perfect for lazy days. Honestly, it felt like a five-star hotel in the best way possible. The house itself looks amazing, very stylish, with lots of attention to detail. You can really tell that the hosts cared about making everything feel special. It’s easy to drive to nearby coastal towns like Omiš or Makarska. We totally recommend it if you’re looking to unwind and recharge. I hope we’ll be back someday!

We could not have asked for a more perfect host and house. It was better than what we had expected. The host Boris was so helpful through out the entire trip, from before it right till the end. He helped us with local recommendations, treated us to lunch at his amazing restaurant and had some groceries already prepared for us the day we arrived. The house itself was wonderful. We had eight people staying and never did we feel over-crowded. The pool was the perfect touch and helped with the hotter weather. It is a 10-15min drive away from a town called Omis and about 30-40 depending on traffic to Split centre. Once again I would recommend this place to everyone! Thank you for the amazing stay, it made our trip so easy and fun!

Wow what can I say, this villa is perfect in every way, the photos don’t do it justice how beautiful it is, surrounded by mountains, it is a beautiful home with a stunning pool and the outdoor kitchen was incredible and where we spent most of our time. Laura and her family couldn’t have been more accommodating, we arrived to drinks and some food and a homemade cake by Laura’s mum which was delicious, we were also treated to a traditional Croatian meal one night cooked by Laura’s mum which was incredible. This villa has everything you could need for a holiday, with a shop across the road, bar/cafe and takeaway & butchers round the corner. Not forgetting the tennis court! We also enjoyed some trips to Omiš where the beach is stunning and has some lovely restaurants, not touristy at all and so unspoiled. We hope to return to this amazing villa one day. Thank you again to Laura & het family for making our trip so special!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war absolut fantastisch! Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig und abgeschieden, aber dennoch nahe genug, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten und Strände in der Region mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen. Die Villa selbst ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die man sich wünschen kann. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der wunderschöne Poolbereich, die Sommerküche und die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge – einfach traumhaft! Mirko ist ein Klasse Typ. Er ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben und war immer erreichbar, falls wir Fragen hatten. Wir fühlten uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute bestens aufgehoben. Nochmal vielen Dank lieber Mirko für die schöne Zeit in deiner Villa "My Peace"! Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Urlaub in einer Villa, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können dieses Haus jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der einen erholsamen Aufenthalt in Kroatien sucht.

Firstly I just want to thank Danijela, she made our stay in Croatia perfect! It was the best AirBnB experience we have had so far and an absolutely gorgeous villa!! She was there to welcome us when we arrived and was extremely flexible to our needs which made life a lot easier with a small baby! The villa itself is impeccable, the attention to detail is incredible and it is a beautiful home! It has everything you could wish for. We especially loved the pool, gym & Sauna! Danijela made sure we had everything we needed including a beautiful cot for our baby. There are lots of supermarkets close by and gorgeous restaurants by the seafront about half an hour walking distance. We honestly could not have had a better holiday and hope to go back soon!

This home was gorgeous! The host recommended a local restaurant for dinner that was amazing! Our kids loved the pool and jacuzzi and being able to play in the playground. It was quiet and peaceful being away from the city. A perfect place to relax.

Couldn’t have been happier. Villa was amazing, the pictures didn’t do it justice. Was perfect for 9 of us. Everything was spotless, so well kept and felt extremely modern. Petra was super helpful in arranging arrivals at the villa, and assisting us with places to eat in Split. The cab driver who works with the Villa was also brilliant. Journeys into Split weren’t too bad, but definitely use the taxi driver that Petra recommends! Others will charge through the roof… On days we stayed locally, there are some amazing restaurants down on the waterfront of Kaštel Novi which were half the price of a dinner/drinks in Split - super happy with the location, and choice of villa! Overall, we couldn’t have been happier. We had an amazing stay in Croatia, and the Villa was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay close to Split!

Wij hebben een super week gehad in het heerlijke huis in Klis. De hosts waren supervriendelijk en gastvrij. Dit huis is echt een aarader met de heerlijke tuin rondom en het mooie uitzicht op Split. Alle comfort in het huis. En het warme welkom is iets dat wij niet snel zullen vergeten. Net als de verrassing op een ochtend: er stond een heerlijk taartje op ons te wachten op de terras tafel! Echt alles was in een woord FANTASTISCH! Dank nogmaals aan de hosts en wij komen zeker terug!

Fantastisch huis voor gezin met 3 oudere pubers. Veel verschillende ruimtes en compleet geoutilleerde buitenkeuken met bbq grill. Lekkernijen bij aankomst. Basics zoals genoeg wc papier, kooltjes etc aanwezig. Housekeeper Bruna was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, zo hielp zij ons binnen no time aan een huur auto. Die heb je wel echt nodig. Klein supermarktje en café voor koffie op 150 meter loopafstand, voor de rest moet je alles met een auto doen. Centraal gelegen, meesten dorpen zijn op 15-30 minuten rijden. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad!

The villa is a wonderful retreat to escape daily business. The breathtaking view and the pool are the heart of the modern and clean house. Bernard is friendly, nice, and very helpful in case of special requests. Thanks a lot. The beds are comfy, a/c in every room helps to cool down. The villa is pretty close to the airport, nonetheless, in the house, you almost don’t hear any plane. Additionally, this place is the perfect home base to start exploring the area. Split and Trogir are close by and you can rent boats and have them come to the local harbour for a pick-up. (Kastela Boat Tours, ask for Gordan, ;-). Bernard, thank you for being such an excellent host. We enjoyed our time.

We had a long stay at Marin’s lovely villa. The sunset views down the mountain over the sea are breathtaking, as are the mountain views around. There are lovely scenic walks in the area. Marin was extremely helpful and responsive, attending to any issues we had quickly and effectively, even switching internet provider after we had some connectivity issues. He also agreed to keep the pool full and heated beyond the summer season so we could enjoy it - weather was great well into November. The kitchen is a wonderful social area, fully stocked. Combined with the huge living area, pool and games room, the villa is the perfect place for entertaining. Use of the olive field in front and private play area also makes it ideal for families. There is also a larger public playground a few minutes walk. We made full use of the barbecue and our guests were delighted with the delicious peka Marin’s father cooked for us. Definitely recommend villa Morena!

Vi reiste med hele familien bestående av 6 voksne og 3 barn under 6 år i midten av april. Ble tatt i mot av Goran i sentrum av nærliggende landsby og guidet frem til villaen.(Ankom i taxi fra flyplassen snaue 20 min. kjøretur.) Goran viste oss hele eiendommen med sitt meget personlige preg og historie. Det er vanskelig å se på bildene hvor flott stedet er og hvilke kvaliteter beliggenheten har! Det er etter vår mening et sted som overrasker både med sin sjarm, eiendommens mangfoldighet og beliggenhet. Vi har gjennom årene leiet mange steder og sjelden har vi funnet noe som matcher dette. Kort reisetid til og fra flyplassen som i seg selv er en meget positiv opplevelse med lite stress! Omgivelsene på øya med variasjon i terreng og opplevelser. Kort vei til alt, også gå avstand til Torgir med mange gode restauranter. Medio april er tidlig på sesong og det meste av lokale barer og restauranter var stengt. MEN, med Gorans unike utekjøkken og grill er det en fryd å lage mat selv! Stor takk!

Wir waren mit 10 Leuten eine Woche vor Ort und eine wunderschöne Zeit. Ana, unsere Gastgeberin, war sehr nett und zur jeder Zeit schnell erreichbar. Die Villa sah 1 zu 1 so aus wie auf den Bildern, wenn nicht sogar etwas besser. Wir können die Unterkunft mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben eine Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Gastgeberin war bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns tolle Tipps für Aktivitäten und Restaurants gegeben. Die Unterkunft war überall sehr sauber. Die Lage ist ruhig und niemand hat uns gestört. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die super Parkmöglichkeit auf dem eingezäunten Grundstück. Wir waren rundum versorgt und die Gastgeberin hatte auf unseren Wunsch sogar noch Kaffee und Holzkohle zusätzlich zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir hatten eine erholsame und tolle Zeit und werden definitiv wiederkommen! Thank u Mirka!!

This is one of the best villas we’ve ever stayed in, the photos don’t do it justice. It’s bigger than it looks and the view from the upper floor is incredible. The villa has everything you need and more, so well stocked which is hugely helpful when staying just for a week. Every bathroom had a good supply of bath and hand towels and all beautifully decorated. So much thought has gone into this villa. The pool table was a huge hit and a great idea to have it in the huge living area which meant we used it a lot! The outside area is fantastic, the pool is bigger than it looks in the photos and a great temperature. The shaded seating area is wonderful with lots of space and full shade for any time of the day. Thank you to Marija and Ivan who were so helpful and welcoming. Marija always replied quickly to my questions and Ivan greeted us at the villa and provided lots of information and contacts which were very helpful. Fantastic hosts, can’t recommend highly enough!

Amazing host with flexible checkout times. The place had amazing facilities and clean living spaces. Would definitely look to book again.

Wir (dreiköpfige Familie) haben eine unglaublich schöne Woche in der Unterkunft von Tomas verbracht. Die Gegend ist perfekt für Ruhe suchende. Es sah alles 1:1 aus wie auf den Bildern. Tomas und seine Frau waren tolle Gastgeber. Sie waren schnell erreichbar und haben einem zu jederzeit ein entspanntes Gefühl vermittelt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wundervoller Aufenthalt für 6 Nächte zum Ende unserer Kroatienreise. Das Haus mitten im Olivenhain hat uns verzaubert. Hana und Luka sind dazu wie hier schon oft erwähnt wird, unglaublich fürsorgliche und professionelle Gastgeber und haben vor Ort mit viel Liebe zum Detail eine echte Wohlfühloase geschaffen. Die Ruhe im Hain, der Pool, die Terrassen, die Küche, die Katzen- Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment wohlgefühlt. In keiner Unterkunft wurden wir dazu so herzlich und großzügig empfangen wie hier. Jeder Moment bei euch war ein Genuss. Danke für alles! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Where do we start, Dario’s place is truly a hidden gem of a place! The surroundings are beautiful, and with a car their are lots of places to adventure to around the area, beaches and fresh lakes! But we also spent a few days chilling in the house with the amazing swimming pool and local walks! He even provided a fully stocked fridge of cheeses, hams, fruit and vegetables and wine! All the essentials, salt, pepper, oil, pasta, rice ect, the list goes on. He was so helpful to us, recommending places for us to go and things to do. We had 2 kids with us and they both loved it! We will definitely be recommending Dario’s place to people we no, and be coming back, thank you again for your amazing hospitality!

Wir hatten eine absolut großartige Zeit in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft in Split! Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und liegt inmitten einer grünen Oase mit eigenem Obst wie Erdbeeren, Kirschen und Pfirsichen und einem riesen Anwesen – einfach herrlich! Die Gastgeber (Zana & Tomo) waren außergewöhnlich herzlich und aufmerksam. Unser Ankunftstag (30.05.) fiel leider auf einen kroatischen Feiertag und alle Läden waren geschlossen. Ohne dass wir darum bitten mussten, haben die Gastgeber bereits im Voraus für uns eingekauft, damit wir alles Nötige im Haus haben und uns nachmittags sogar frisch gekochte Shrimp Pasta gebracht – das war einfach nur großartig! Die gesamte Anlage ist liebevoll gepflegt, ruhig gelegen und ideal zum Entspannen. Man spürt in jedem Detail, wie viel Herz & Liebe in dieser Unterkunft steckt. Wir können diesen Ort wärmstens empfehlen und danken den Gastgebern für ihre unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! ❤️
