Beachfront holiday rental in Gassin

Olivier’s place is in the heart of St Tropez which is exactly what we were looking for. It has two bedrooms a decent well equipped kitchen and lovely sofa & area to relax. We really enjoyed our stay, despite the 82 stairs to get to the 4th floor (gulp) dear Olivier even helped us with our 23kg suitcase - carrying it on his shoulders! Once inside, the property has a beautiful tiled floor and two lovely double bedrooms, loo and separate shower with nice hot water. The air con was good too. The apartment is just above the busy bustling Quai restaurant. Perfect for a St Tropez break!

We can’t say enough about this beautiful home. It was exactly as represented in the photos. The home was clean and comfortable but the absolute highlight is the view, which I will dream of or a very long time. Arthur is a kind and helpful host- we wanted for nothing. The pristine and peaceful beach is a five minute walk away and the pool is amazing! We will definitely return!

Das Haus war einfach traumhaft – authentisch, stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Trotz einer komplett verregneten Woche und teils sehr stürmischen Winden haben wir uns unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Die reibungslose Abwicklung und die freundliche, jederzeit hilfsbereite Kommunikation waren ein großes Plus. Besonders hilfreich waren auch die lokalen Tipps von Virginie – sie haben unseren Aufenthalt in Grimaud wirklich bereichert. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Auszeit! Mirjam und Marko

Wir waren 2 Wochen in dieser zauberhaften Villa, sie übertrifft alle Erwartungen! Ein Traum! Die Kommunikation war super freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit, der Check-in ist einfach, die Lage ist ruhig und der Blick und das Haus sind ganz einfach phänomenal. Ich war täglich im beheizten Pool schwimmen mit Blick aufs Meer. Pures Glück. Wir hoffen, bald wieder hier unseren Irlaub verbringen zu können. Vielen Dank fuer alles!!

Wij hebben een hele fijne week gehad in het appartement van Sandrine. Alles was in het appartement aanwezig en was dus zeer compleet uitgerust. De locatie en het dakterras zijn een absoluut pluspunt! Tevens is de prive parkeerplek zeer handig in het centrum van st tropez.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce logement. Le cadre est idyllique et le logement très propre. Rien à dire à part superbe. La déco est faite avec goût et le logement est très bien situé !

Un lieu exceptionnel, idéalement situé à seulement 10 minutes des plages et à 15 minutes de Saint-Tropez. L'endroit est calme, avec un jardin spacieux où nous avons pu prendre nos repas et profiter de barbecues en plein air. La piscine est superbe, parfaite pour se détendre. L'accueil de l'hôte était chaleureux et attentionné : nous avons été ravis de découvrir à notre arrivée un panier de fruits frais de la ferme et une bouteille de Rosé local. L'hôte est extrêmement gentil et aux petits soins, veillant à ce que notre séjour soit parfait. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Appartement très bien équipé, propre, décoré avec gout et fonctionnel, sans oublier la vue dégagée sur la piscine juste assez éloignée pour ne pas subir les nuisances sonores. Merci Mélany. Attention ! déconseillée aux personnes ayant des difficultés à monter les marches, car 2 étages pour accéder à l'appartement qui est en duplex.

Appartamento come da descrizione, pulito e ordinato. La grande finestra offre una vista meravigliosa sulla baia. Posizioni incredibile. Il parcheggio interno è perfetto soprattutto per chi ha una moto. Host gentile, disponibile. Lo consiglierei

It’s cozy, but it has literally everything you could possibly need!! Enjoyed the balcony and took advantage of the washing machine and drying rack. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Can’t beat the location.

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison. La vue sur le golf de Saint Tropez est fabuleuse. La décoration nous donne l’impression d’être dans une maison de famille très cocooning. Les espaces extérieurs sont nombreux avec la possibilité de s’isoler si l’on le souhaite. Il y a des transats en quantité suffisante au bord de la piscine et une immense table pour prendre ses repas face à la vue mer. Notre hôte a toujours été très réactive. Le plus difficile a été de quitter cet endroit enchanteur.

This villa was perfect for the four of us and we had a fantastic holiday at Caroline's place. The caretaker, M. Akim was really helpful and responsive and the setting couldn't have been more private and tranquil. The villa is spacious, well-furnished and well-equipped and the outside areas are perfect for outdoor dining and drinks by the pool. We loved the fact the pool is heated: normally in May/June, unheated pools in the south of France are freezing. So this was a real bonus and we used the pool everyday. Le Plan de la Tour was a new area in the Var for us and we absolutely love the location & would love to come back.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Top Aussicht aufs Meer. Strand in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Verschlossener Parkplatz und gesicherte Wohnanlage. Gerne wieder!

Très belle maison, très belle vue. Les propriétaires sont adorables et au petit soin. Vacances parfaite !

Natalie molto disponibile e gentile! La mobil home si trova nella parte piu alta della pineta difficile da raggiungere a piedi dalla reception strada abbastanza ripida. La parte piu spaziosa della casa e nella zona giorno, la stanza singola un po piccola, mentre la zona relax esterna è davvero molto bella. Il parcheggio adiacente alla casa è molto in pendenza e sconnesso non molto adatto per le moto ( le abbiamo dovute lasciare a bordo strada). Ricordatevi il PHON anche se viaggiate in moto!!! Per fare il check in e out trovate la reception aperta solo 6 ore al giorno in qsto periodo (maggio 9/12 - 15/18) anche solo per chiedere delle chiavi o una tessera in più non è stato possibile visto che noi non abbiamo vissuto la vacanza nel campeggio ma come base di appoggio per visitare i dintorni con partenza presto e arrivo per ora di cena. Posizione top a solo 6 minuti dal Porto. Grazieee

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Benjamin sehr genossen. Cecile hat uns freundlich empfangen und alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Sie bietet drinnen und draussen tolle Sitzplätze an und auf dem grossen Fernseher kann man Netflix-Filme mit dem eigenen Profil schauen. Es gibt keine Gesellschaftsspiele und nur wenige Kleiderbügel, dafür geräumige Kommoden und einen Weinkühlschrank. Merci für den Rosé. Die Betten sind bequem und der Ausblick auf der Terrasse ist phantastisch. Das Haus ist ruhig und schön gelegen. Wer Bewegung liebt, kann in ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten auch zu Fuss zum Einkaufen, zum Hafen von Cavalaire oder auf der anderen Seite zum Strand von Bonporteau laufen. Da es ein Gebäude mit mehreren Wohnungen ist, waren in der ersten Woche die Mieter über uns, etwas zu hören. Leider war der private Zugang zum Meer aus Sicherheitsgründen gesperrt. Es gibt aber in kurzer Gehdistanz einen weiteren Abgang zum Meer mit ca. 334 Stufen.

Logement magnifiquement décoré. Encore plus beau qu’en photos. Comme dans un magazine de déco. Les chambres sont grandes, le jardin très sympathique. Place de parking à côté de la maison très pratique. Hôtes à disposition par message pour communiquer, très réactifs. Séjour incroyable.

Such a beautiful stay! We arrived to a peaceful clean spacious gem. The apartment was cooled down, thank you to the host for running the air conditioning pre-arrival. We parked in a secure lot, in a gated community. We had such a great stay and the apartment had everything we needed. The town and the beach are both walkable distance, lovely walk along the sea. This was so much better than staying in a hotel room. Very kind and welcoming host. This Airbnb in St. Tropez exceeded all our expectations. We highly recommend this beautiful oasis!

Amazing apartment just a stone’s throw away from St Tropez. A nice and quiet beach complete’s it perfectly. We absolutely loved our stay at Dorothée’s place. She is a wonderful and very welcoming host. The apartment offered everything we needed. Secure parking, spacious terrace, well equipped kitchen, on the beach location and walking distance to all the cafes, shops, restaurants and most importantly - the town center. Would definitely come back over and over again. Thank you, Dorothée!

Très bel environnement. Maison face à la mer avec le bruit des clapotis des vagues depuis la terrasse. Accessibilité à la crique en contrebas, deux minutes à pied. Plage de galets. Charles a été d'une incroyable gentillesse et réactivité.

Jimmy's place is indeed a happy one. Everything is considered and thoughtful and Jimmy is a kind host.

Juliette’s place is a fantastic home base for exploring the St. Tropez area. The apartment is ideal for 1–2 people - quiet, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped. It’s a beautifully designed modern space in a stunning building, and a major bonus: PARKING! Juliette is lovely and extremely responsive. The bed is super comfortable, the water pressure is great and hot water worked perfectly. It’s a pleasant walk to the main part of town, though it’s worth noting that the bathroom is on a lower level and the walk off the property includes some hills. For us, it was no problem, we love walking but it might be a bit tricky for someone with limited mobility. Another note is that you need to bring all your own soaps and toiletries. Overall, we had a great stay and would absolutely recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful, stylish, and well-located spot near St. Tropez.
