The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Nearby swimming pool, cinema, Hat Museum, Museum of Trades, villages of the Most Beautiful Detours of France 2 km away, marked hiking trails, GR, family walks in the green countryside.

Parking is available not far from the accommodation, a garage for one car or 4 motorcycles is attached to the accommodation. A small stadium city is located opposite if you have children. Ideal for 2 (bed in 160) +2 pers. on a sofa bed and 2 more in the Carabane (summer). A paradise for an authentic experience.

Spacious and very well-equipped accommodation with a nice "English pool" billiards and darts that will make you spend beautiful evenings. We provide the above ground pool (diameter 4.5m by 1.2 high) open from May to September The house has direct access to the small path leading to the forest which offers friendly walks or horseback rides (equestrian center next to the house) The accommodation is attached to ours but independent and quiet.
