We welcome you to our spacious, classic apartment, on Floor 1, in the 19th Century building of Lomond Castle on the 'Banks of Loch Lomond', not far from Balloch.This property has 2 bedrooms; 1 king bed & 2 single beds. It has an open planned kitchen/dining and living area. We are within walking distance of The Duck Bay Restaurant and Cameron House Resort. We find ourselves situtaed amongst all popular wedding venues in Loch Lomond; Lodge on Loch Lomond, The Cruin, Boturich Castle to name a few.

One-bed flat with a lovely park view

Our one bed flat is in the centre of the village of Balloch, Loch Lomond, known as the gateway to the north. Both the train station and bus station are only a few minutes walk away and nearby numerous walking, climbing and hiking trails. The cultural venues in the cities of Glasgow and Stirling are approximately 30-40 minutes by car. There is a free carpark across the road from the apartment. The apartment is on the second floor above the shops, cafes and bars in the centre of the village.

We are situated on the John Muir way with plenty of walking and cycling routes. Findlay Cottage is the entirely separate annexe of our house with private entry, field and private parking. Nestled at the end of a private road between Drymen and Balmaha, it has its own private parking and enclosed garden. French doors open out onto a fabulous decking area furnished with a table and garden sofas. A few steps down from the deck sits a tastefully furnished Scandinavian BBQ hut. No matter the weather, you can still enjoy a BBQ!

If you are looking to experience Loch Lomond we are under 10 minutes drive to the shore at Balmaha.
