Welcome to “L’Annicha”, our home in the picturesque Quercy region of France where you will get away from the hectic day-to-day in a serene and authentic setting. The Loft (*** 64 m2 apartment for 2 people) is on the first floor of the barn with a mesmerising view of the valley in front. It has been newly renovated and is very spacious thanks to its lofty concept. Apart from the kitchen, dining and living space, a king-size bed and a bathroom, in summer you enjoy a yard and the lap pool.

Within a private hamlet in the Lot Valley, Le Hameau du Quercy, the "Fleurs d 'eau" cottage (35 m2) is furnished as a duplex in an independent cottage, with soft and current colors, dressed in stone and wood. It benefits from a private garden, very comfortable bedding, cotton house linen, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, organic beauty products. This is the third house for Cycle Coffee Society and is located just outside the village of Argeles-Gazost. Nestled in the valley below the Tourmalet, Hautacam and other famous Tour de France and La Vuelta climbs. French villa , with a sense of old world luxury. 7 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms can sleep up to 14 people. A spacious kitchen and signature coffee corner with 3 coffee machines (Rocket, Jura and Moccamaster) . Large garden with heated swimming pool looking to the mountains.

This room is located in a large stone house, with views and direct access to the large garden located in the heart of a Bordeaux wine estate, and its swimming pool. It has its own access to the outside. The bathroom with shower and toilet are also independent. The place combines the charm and typicality of terracotta tiles, cement tiles and wood. Breakfast consisting of local and homemade products included. Mini fridge and kettle included. Kitchen available.

My room is located inside a house in Toulouse down town with garden a privative courtyard to park your vehicle. You can benefit from common places of ground floor (free kitchen for cook, dining room, big outside terrace...) and also a complete breakfast including of base jam, butter, bread or toast, fruit juice, coffee, tea, coffee with milk, chocolate... The access to the public transportation is quite close and detailed below in the section transport.

The cabin on the lake at Temps des Sources

The cabin on the lake is located in our 3 ha property. Located on the 6000 m2 lake, it will welcome you in an atypical place for relaxation and an unforgettable stay. Our site is dedicated to eco-tourism, no noise pollution, surrounded by forests and 15 minutes from Sarlat and the main tourist places of the Périgord Noir. The lake house has its own kitchen, an outdoor shower with hot water and a dry toilet. The pull-out bed offers 2 beds of 90 x 190.

L'escarg'hôtes - Comfort and serenity on the farm

Independent guest room in an atypical farm (snail farming), quiet, located near the village and the Lac de la Gimone recreation center. Dominant location overlooking the Pyrenees. With an equipped outdoor kitchen (sheltered and closed) to prepare and/or eat your meals (juxtaposed to the bedroom). Private terrace and parking. Wooded park and unobstructed view. Farm tours from late June to late August with on-site product sales.
