Guests will also have access to the movie theatre upstairs, outside deck w/ comfy seating and grill, and office (perfect for WFH).

Please note this rental lives in owner's back yard, accessible by driveway. We've built this place so that you can optimize your stay. Cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located end unit condo! Benny's Bungalow in Five Points, Hyde Park area is renovated, cozy, and relaxing! The condo lives large while being compact, with TVs, ceiling fans, mirrored closets, queen bed in guest room, king bed and desk in the master bedroom. Bright and open living area w/ fully renovated bath and kitchen makes living simple! Enjoy the quiet outdoor area w/ seating, and walkable to restaurants, bars, and breweries! Pet friendly!

Master suite is a studio like space with 5 minutes from downtown raleigh, Very close to Walnut Creek amphitheater. perfect for traveling nurses, long-term contract workers, visiting family etc. Small fridge, toaster oven, microwave, dishes. Master bathroom walk in shower, claw foot tub, full closet, kitchenette for longer stays NOTE we are getting some trees trimed and there is some yard debris (branches ) on the very back of the yard, we are also working on leveling it. Please be patient.
