The Cottage @ Hedges

The Cottage @ Hedges is an easy 10 minute drive from the centre of Ballarat. The cottage sits within a pretty country garden about 20 metres from my home on a small rural property. Close to parklands, Lake Wendouree, art galleries, wineries and lots of great cafes and restaurants. The Ballarat-Skipton Railtrail is just 300 metres away - perfect for quiet country walks and cyclists. It is comfortable inside and out with plenty of shady spots to sit in the garden.

Ballarat - Mount Clear Apartment

Our 3 bedroom unit is situated in Mount Clear, close to the Mount Clear Shopping Centre and public transport. It is the middle of 3 units, down the driveway on the left side of the house. There is a white bench seat at the front of the unit. The unit is situated halfway between Federation University and the city centre, 3.6km from Sovereign Hill, 5 minutes by car. PLEASE read all information supplied and respect permanent residents by keeping noise to a minimum.

t Boshuus - mud brick home amongst the trees

Our mud brick home, is surrounded by eucalyptus trees and is bordering on the Enfield State Forest. The 3 bedroom home is an ideal quiet and peaceful escape from urban life, featuring a wood heater, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry with a washing machine. Kangaroos often visit our backyard to feed on the grass. Lots of native birds can be spotted. We had a Tawny Frogmouth nest near the house and even a koala visit, recently.
