The upper floor is the main part of the house, consisting of a large open space overlooking the garden with a kitchen, dining area, and living room; the master bedroom and bathroom with a tub/shower combination complete this level. The lower level contains the second bedroom and bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The upper floor entrance is on Via Trieste, while the lower floor entrance is on Via Carere. Charming cottage in the countryside at 200 m from the beach (equipped with restaurants and bars), in absolute tranquility. All rooms are situated on the ground floor. It consists of a double bedroom, a windowed bathroom with tub and shower, a kitchen-living room with a table for 6 people and a sofa bed for two people. There is a porch adjoining the entrance. In the garden there is a barbecue and a table. At about 1 km (in the center) are: bakery, supermarket, bar, newspapers and tobacco, pizzerias and restaurants, butchers, and pharmacy). From here the coach to Salò, Desenzano and Brescia. TV: italian, english, french, spanish and german channels are available.
