Monthly Rentals in Gardenvale

We stay at a lit of Airbnbs and every now and then one will stand out due to the personal touches. We had fresh fruit, 6 large double yoked eggs, bread,milk, butter and the most beautiful fresh cut flowers. The house itself is like being at home. We called it the Tardis as it looked compact from the outside but was huge inside. James was very arrentative and obviously rightly proud of the house. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We immediately felt at home. The apartment is beautifully appointed and always completely clean, spacious, and functional. Its design is ideal, and the furniture is comfortable and practical. The balcony and its furnishings provide a genuinely nice touch and lend an additional opportunity for relaxation. The full-size refrigerator, toaster, washer, and dryer are real assets and allow us to live there like we do at home. The pantry space is perfect and the apartment well stocked. The building is modern, quiet, clean, and secure. A unique feature is the easy and immediate access to a large Cole’s grocery store. The Brighton location is wonderful. The train to Flinders Street lies a short walk away, as do Landcox Park and the beach. Many shops, cafes, and restaurants lie nearby. Jill makes us feel very much at home and well cared for. We enthusiastically give Jill’s apartment our very highest recommendation—we cannot imagine better!

This place is perfect if you want something out of the busy city centre but close enough to get there quickly. This is a comfortable airbnb and for me the location was great. Coles supermarket close by and lots of restaurants all in walking distance. The train station is also a 5 minute walk away. Dmitry was a great host and answered a lot of questions I had before booking which ensured I had the perfect place for my 5 week stay in Melbourne. Comfortable beds, good set up if you need to work, and everything you need in the kitchen as well as washer and dryer. I’d recommend this, it’s one of the best airbnbs I have stayed in.

Well, I have to say I am impressed with this wonderful cottage and my hosts. Katie was excellent and her and her family were absolutely wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful cottage. The local area is magnificent and you will be close to Brighton and only a 5 min walk to a main train line. And this is a first for me but I will def stay here again even if I am working in the city centre. It just felt like a home away from home.
