Holiday rentals with a patio in Garden District, New Orleans

Casey’s place was exactly the cozy retreat we hoped for. Every corner felt thoughtfully equipped- from the soft throws on the sofa to the well-stocked kitchen- and those little touches showed how much care went into the space. Casey was incredibly generous and always quick to help, making check-in effortless and our stay completely stress-free.

The place was amazing!! I got married in New Orleans and stayed here and we arrived with a beautiful card and a little present from the host! The host was so responsive and personable definitely one of the best Airbnb stays I have had and was a huge part of our special weekend!

This was such a hidden gem. A walkable distance from the action in the French quarter. It was a very peaceful stay. Thank you for sharing your home.

Fantastic place to stay in New Orleans. Near all the main areas but felt like a suburban escape with all of the green and the giant park which was great for dog walks

We had a great stay at Paula's in May 2025. There were 7 of us. Location is 2 blocks from St. Charles (and streetcar) and great location to get anywhere by Uber/Lyft quickly. Private gated parking if you have a car. All the beds were so comfortable and bathrooms had items provided (tp, body wash, shampoo/conditioner). Bathrooms all newly updated and good water pressure. We needed a magnifying mirror and Paula brought one to us. You may notice in photos that there is no couch and no dishwasher. We washed dishes by hand which wasn't an issue and we were mostly out and about the city so not having a couch was fine. When we were all home, the long table (in photo) opens open and we pulled chairs around it to play cards. The house was perfect for us and we would recommend it!

This charming apartment was just right for our needs. The location is great with restaurants and shopping nearby. The apartment was clean and felt welcoming. The host was extremely responsive to any questions. We visit New Orleans regularly and we will be checking for vacancies here for our next stay. Loved this Airbnb!

Chris was an excellent host - very friendly and responsive. The home worked well as we had a dog with us. The driveway accommodated our 2 cars and the yard was fenced/gated for our dog. We didn't use the kitchen much as we ordered/ate out with the many nearby restaurants. The home is older but clean (but that is the charm of NOLA). Pricewise it was a good value for our stay.

The home was wonderful- clean, modern, comfortable and completely well equipped. The location was great ! We would definitely recommend and stay again! We were 5 adults and 2 children and had plenty of space. Thank you for hosting us for a super Nola weekend celebrating a family wedding:)

We’re from uptown NO but don’t live there anymore, and we rented this adorable apartment for a small wedding ceremony. Everything was perfect! Extremely comfortable and clean, great AC, and the bed was very cosy. But the best part was that halfway through the host’s husband brought us a bottle of champagne to celebrate! Very friendly, helpful, and welcoming people. I definitely recommend and would be happy to stay here again if we’re back in the neighborhood.

I was in town for a family event, and staying here was a great experience. the inside was really nice! It was a 10 min drive from the superdome, and the neighborhood was quiet. I would stay here again when in town.

Staying at Nick's place for our 1st Annual Girls Trip was perfect! The home fit 12 comfortably, with bathrooms in every room except the 2-bed/1-bath unit, which had access to the extra bathroom in the main space. The A/C worked well, beds were comfy, and the bathrooms were beautiful. Bedroom #6 had low water pressure, and #5 had a minor plumbing issue, but Nick responded quickly. Parking was great—3 guests parked safely for free. There were multiple access codes (entry, units, elevator); one universal code would’ve been easier. Walls are thin, so bring earplugs—Nick provides some. Rain limited rooftop use, but we enjoyed the patio. Lighting is dim at night and, like many areas in New Orleans, roaches are common outside—none were inside though. The area felt safe and was walkable. Overall, a great stay and we’d return!

The location is perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while also providing a peaceful and quiet environment for unwinding after a day's activities. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again for future trips, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional Airbnb experience.

Beautiful home looks even better in person access of the condo was very easy..there is no parking but parking lots all around that's my only complaints but overall very lovely place and very safe. Walking distance to canal and bourbon street.

I attended an international meeting at the convention center. I had a great 1.1 mile walk which was interesting (and safe) no matter what route I took. Perfect 25 min exercise each way. The apartment was exactly what I hoped for.

My partner and I stayed here for our first trip to NOLA, it was incredible! The place was steps away from all of the “must sees” of New Orleans, and the loft was clean and quiet. (Other than the streetcar, but that didn’t bother us!) We will definitely stay here again!
