Stunning Rehabilit 30'Bilbao Mill

The farmhouse Oka is an old mill of the sixteenth century (1550-1560) located in the quiet neighborhood San Lorenzo de Berriz, just half an hour from Bilbao and the coast of Biscay. Surrounded by mountains, rivers and fruit trees, the house still retains some elements that demonstrate the various activities carried out by the ancestors. From 1550 to 1910, the hamlet functioned as a mill. In 1910-1920, with the advent of industrialization, the old mill was replaced by a power plant.
