Our pretty townhouse with its small mediterranean-style courtyard is situated in a small lane in the centre of Laa a. d. Thaya. The popular thermal spa is within walking distance of about 11 min. The place offers the ideal basis for a relaxed thermal spa holiday, for trips to the idyllic wine villages of the area, like e.g. Falkenstein, to cultural or culinary festivities or for bicycle tours through the lovely landscape of the Weinviertel or for a visit of the beautiful Nationalpark Thayatal.

The house is situated in the charming village of Stupava. Here it has the local facilities that you need; shops, restaurants, park, wellness as well as a local biofarm which is a great place to take the kids! You can also explore the capital city, Bratislava, which is a 25 minute drive away. We are also an hours drive from Vienna, two hours from Budapest and an hour from the Czech border, so plenty in the area to explore! Leobendorf it self also offers a lot of beautiful places, for example the castle Kreuzenstein, which you can explore walking.

Our cozy cottage from the 1960s has been completely renovated and lovingly furnished. It is idyllically nestled in a small settlement near the Vienna Woods and is easily accessible by bus line 52A, which runs every quarter of an hour from Vienna Hütteldorf (U4, rapid transit train, ÖBB). The house has 3 bedrooms with large double beds, a living room, a kitchen with dining area and a fully renovated bathroom with large shower.
