If you are a golfer, Lundsberg Golf Course is waiting for you 1 km from the cottage. The proximity to the lake and forest makes the area a memorable idyll. Rented to an animal-free family.

A newly built cottage (82 sqm) with separate guest cottage (30 sqm) and a huge deck of 380 sqm – in perfect west facing position for unforgettable sunsets over the lake. In total there are 13 beds. Fiber is available. Relaxation can be found in the wood-fired sauna with seating for 8 people. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with both charcoal and gas grill. Two kayaks with life jackets are available to borrow. An aluminum rowing boat and 2 sup can be rented – just let me know in advance!

FredrikLars farm at Nordmarksbergs Mansion

FredrikLars-gården adjacent to Nordmarksbergs Herrgård: 19th century or older. In this farm, the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – 1790) has lived. On a rock in the grounds of the farm, there should be a curtain with the name of Nils. Picture of this stone can be found in Värmlandsarkiv's photo archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present day. It's probably hidden by mortar that's been covered over the rocks.
