Incredible property with a breath taking view over Florence. Hard to put into words how perfect the property is but the best part of the whole experience was the hospitality Marco, Stefania Grinza Carota and Filippo! The best hosts imaginable made us feel so at home, welcome and a part of the family. Now we want to move to Florence

What a fabulous setting and location. Perfect to explore the Chianti region and beyond. It’s roomy, everything you need is there, beautiful pool and a view to cherish. Dining on the terrace is a wonderful experience and with a vinyard with lovely wines available right next door what more do you need from a Tuscan holiday. All hosted perfectly by Fabio and Andrea. Very highly recommended.

My family and I -- six adults and a 9 month old -- spent two delightful weeks at Il Granaio. Before our arrival, Greg (the host) put me in touch with Ally, the property manager, who provided much useful information in advance and ensured we could find our way to the hidden gem that is Il Granaio. Once we arrived, Ally was available as needed, responsive to my queries as we settled in. We enjoyed the Villa and property immensely, using it as a base camp as we did day trips all around Tuscany and a longer visit to the Ligurian coast. The house was comfortable, attractive, and well-outfitted, with fantastic views from the second floor; the surrounding countryside was peaceful and beautiful; the pool was a perfect place to cool off and relax after being out and about; and the billiard table provided enjoyment for all! And having our own washer and dryer was incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with a baby. Wonderful memories were made for our family at Il Granaio!

A beautiful home to base ourselves in while exploring Tuscany. Lovely country surrounds. House has everything you need, spacious. Gorgeous terraces and pool. Enjoyed Volterra, San Gimignano and Siena but always great to come back to our Tuscan home! Silvia gave fantastic recommendations - pasta making at Ristorante de Beppino and in house chef Beppe highlights. Also loved Monterosola winery tasting. Very highly recommend. One of the best!

We had a wonderful stay at Elisa's place with an extended family group. The setting is beautiful among the vines and olives with a view of San Gimignano on the horizon. The house is spacious and cool.

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. This was our first experience in Tuscany and it did not disappoint. The house is very private, there is only 1 house behind it however from most viewpoints you cannot see it and we never saw anyone. Volterra is a beautiful medieval place that will make you feel like you are in a movie. An hour from Pisa, drivable to many many wineries in the surrounding regions, this air bnb is a perfect place to stay and we hope to return again.

We had a wonderful time at the estate. We were visiting with 4 adults and 2 little babies. The communication with David was always super prompt and he even really quickly helped us out in finding a doctor when our daughter got sick during the stay. The house has everything you need and is well equiped. We cooked every evening in the cosy kitchen and had wonderful breakfasts in the garden. The Jacuzzi overlooking the valley was also a nice spot for relaxing in the warm water. Overall we can just recommend this historic but well modernized house as your idyllic getaway in Tuskany.

I had an excellent stay at Tommaso’s place. The house itself is beautiful set within lovely Tuscan countryside, and incredibly peaceful. Tommaso himself was very helpful, even taking me to the villa himself and sourcing a charger I’d forgotten. His family’s restaurant is excellent. I felt really well looked after here and had an excellent time - would love to come back!

Wonderful stay at the Villa among the vineyards in Panzano. Vicky, the host, is the owner of Le Fonti winery with the villa surrounded by their vineyards and olive groves. The view from the villa is absolutely stunning. The town of Panzano is very cute. We bought groceries at the Coop and made breakfast each morning, gathering in the cozy well equipped kitchen. There is a courtyard immediately outside the doors of the villa with a large table, and again amazing views. Our time in the villa was so relaxing! Though we went to several wineries, a highlight was a very personal tour of the winery, wine making process and wines by Vicky at Le Fonti. She spent time discussing/pouring the different wines, even bringing over the same wine from different years to show us the difference the weather/grape stress influences the final taste. Overall exactly what we wanted from a Tuscan experience and really enriched by an extremely friendly and knowledgeable host.

We had a wonderful stay! The property sits on a stunningly large lot surrounded by trees, which gave it a peaceful and private feel. The pool was a highlight — spacious, clean, and with beautiful views that made every swim feel special. Inside, the decor was tasteful and thoughtfully done, blending comfort with style. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing escape in nature without compromising on style!

We just checked out of this wonderful villa today, and it has truly been one of the most special places we’ve ever stayed. We arrived with my husband’s parents, my husband, and our toddler, and from the moment we got there, everything exceeded our expectations. Alex greeted us warmly, gave us a tour of the villa and the property, and provided detailed printed information about nearby restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, and wine tours. The property also produces its own wine, which was available for purchase and could be conveniently delivered to our villa during our stay. Alex shared his contact number and made himself available in case we needed anything—which we really appreciated. One of the highlights of the property was the stunning infinity pool overlooking the vineyard and offering breathtaking views. It was the perfect setting to disconnect and truly live in the moment. The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. Thank you Alex!

As soon as you get out of the car we smelled jasmine. The grounds are so well attended to. Beautiful roses, rosemary bushes everywhere! The pool is much larger than the pictures appear. The views are incredible!! It was the perfect place for us and our adult children with significant others. Our daughters boyfriends family joined us from Great Britain and our other daughter got engaged during our vacation in the backyard of the villa at twighlight. We will never forget this place and the very many memories that it provided. The villa was so comfortable with all the amenities. We were cooking outside and relaxing by the pool daily. Giulia provided a special wine tasting recommendation day of arrival and we also enjoyed our favorite wine tasting right down the road at Corbucci. Do not miss this whatever you do!! Our stay with Marta and her family could not have been nicer. We felt absolutely comfortable from the first moment. The property is absolutely spacious, lovingly furnished, incredibly well maintained and run with love. Marta and her family are absolutely lovely and take care of their guests very nicely. All your wishes are fulfilled. The pizza evening was wonderful and a successful end to our stay. If you are looking for a dreamy, secluded Tuscan ambience and loving hosts, "Poggio del Fattore" is the right place for you.

This was true Tuscany! We enjoyed the quaintness of the village with amazing restaurants and views! Tony transported us to and from the villa! Seamless planning. Deborah arranged transportation for us to visit other villages where we enjoyed the day, people and food! Wished we had more time!!

A beautiful place, beautiful surroundings, great hosts, great pool, just everything was perfect. Didn’t want to leave. Felt like home and couldn’t wait to get back there on the days we ventured out.

Six of us spent a wonderful week at Vicky's villa to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. The beautifully appointed house, the stunning views, and the swimming pool were all we had hoped for and more. Vicky is a five-star host. She welcomed us and even arranged to have a meal served upon our arrival. She generously helped us coordinate a catered birthday dinner at the villa. She shared interesting stories and lore from the area and made us feel very much at home. Before we left, she even took us on a tour of the magnificent Medici building under restoration on her property. From the villa, we headed out to Livorno, Pisa, Siena, and Florence, each a manageable day trip through the rolling Tuscan countryside. (Note: The final approach to the villa is over unpaved road; we were happy to have chosen an SUV for our rental.) We are left with great memories and many beautiful photographs of our stay in Peccioli. Thank you, Vicky!

We are a family of 5 who had a fantastic stay. The house is huge and very nice and the view is not better. All stress leaves the body when you are there. Everywhere you looked there were exceptionally beautiful views. In addition, Lucia and Frederico were so warm people and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at the villa. A modern house in a quiet environment with beautiful views. Brigitta was very helpful and responded quickly to our inquiries both before and during the stay.

You can stop looking now! This is probably the most perfect place to stay and with the best host in all of Tuscany. This is said by a very travel and quite picky family from Sweden that this time went with three sons 16, 18 and 22 and the eldest son's fiancée. The host Lorenzo is absolutely amazing both before and during the stay: quick responses, incredibly helpful and very accommodating. You live in a renovated mill (two super-fresh separate buildings one of which is newly built) in the small village of Montefoscoli, with wonderful views of the landscape and sun location from morning till night. Large patio with barbecue and pool for lovely meals and relaxing. Inside there is everything you need and more: full equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing equipment, ac in each bedroom. Good wifi and TV box. Excellent little bakery 50 meters from the residence. A small Coop shop 5 minutes walking distance from the residence with everything you need. We've already told friends and acquaintances about this home — it won't be better!

The house is beautiful and very big. It is located just outside of Buonconvento and offers complete privacy. A car is an advantage. The rooms are spacious, there are mosquito nets above all beds and enough bathrooms and toilets for everyone. In general, the house is very well equipped, both in the kitchen and otherwise. The pool is slightly elevated, beautiful, large, with natural shade all around and offers a magnificent view on the surrounding countryside. In the huge garden you can eat, linger, play... There is even a small basketball court. But beware: right next door there are wild blackberries and the ball can be lost :) In Buonconvento there is a coop, a fine gelateria and a good coffee with the famous and fine products of Le Dolcezze di Nanni. For a good pizza, the drive to the Mulinum restaurant is worth it a little outside, they have their own mill and process their own grain. We highly recommend the house.

Stunningly beautiful location and property! Great location to access Pisa, Florence, Lucca and the other surrounding area’s. We couldn’t have asked for more from Serena and the team during our stay. Nothing was too much! It is safe to say that we have never stayed in a home and setting as perfect as this one!

Sandrine’s Airbnb was by far the best accommodation we’ve ever experienced—a peaceful paradise nestled in the hills of Tuscany. What made it truly unforgettable, though, was the incredible generosity of our hosts. Sandrine welcomed us with a warm smile and thoughtfully provided delicious food and drink throughout our stay. She also shared wonderful recommendations for places to visit and things to see. It was a true blessing to meet such kindhearted and gracious people. 🙏

An absolutely stunning Villa in beautiful Tuscany that is just perfect! Luc and Sara are wonderful hosts. Extremely friendly, full of local knowledge and recommendations and always available to answer questions. Luc even acted as our Taxi service in not only recommending a fabulous vineyard to visit for a private tour, but taking us there and picking us up too so we could fully enjoy all the magnificent wines on offer! Sara's Tiramisu is legendary and the good news is the kitchen in the villa is so well appointed you have everything you need to try making it yourself too! Before visiting we wondered if the Villa could possibly match up to the pictures and the reviews - it 100% does in every way and is without doubt the best Air BnB we have ever stayed in. Thanks Luc, Sara, Lucky and all the cats for making our stay so special - we will be back!
