Incredible property with a breath taking view over Florence. Hard to put into words how perfect the property is but the best part of the whole experience was the hospitality Marco, Stefania Grinza Carota and Filippo! The best hosts imaginable made us feel so at home, welcome and a part of the family. Now we want to move to Florence

Nous avons découvert un endroit incroyable avec une vue et un décor fééerique typiquement de la Toscane. Les hôtes Andréa et Fabio sont très accueillants et disponibles, et la maison était impéccable et identique aux photos. C'est plus qu'un 5 étoiles! Nous sommes des fervents de la location par AIrbnb, et ce fut le plus bel endroit que nous avons connu, un coup de coeur! Nous avons pu également profiter d'une dégustation de vin à leur vignoble familial, et ce fut une très belle et enrichissante expérience. Nous avons passé des moments mémorables en Toscane et c'est beaucoup à cause de cette location. De plus, il y a un petit village à proximité, et nous avons découvert de délicieux restaurants. Cette villa est également près de Florence et Sienne. Nous vous recommandons très fortement cet endroit.

My family and I -- six adults and a 9 month old -- spent two delightful weeks at Il Granaio. Before our arrival, Greg (the host) put me in touch with Ally, the property manager, who provided much useful information in advance and ensured we could find our way to the hidden gem that is Il Granaio. Once we arrived, Ally was available as needed, responsive to my queries as we settled in. We enjoyed the Villa and property immensely, using it as a base camp as we did day trips all around Tuscany and a longer visit to the Ligurian coast. The house was comfortable, attractive, and well-outfitted, with fantastic views from the second floor; the surrounding countryside was peaceful and beautiful; the pool was a perfect place to cool off and relax after being out and about; and the billiard table provided enjoyment for all! And having our own washer and dryer was incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with a baby. Wonderful memories were made for our family at Il Granaio!

Das Haus ist schön und gut gelegen. Der Pool und der Garten ist klasse!!! Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen. Gut zu wissen ist, dass gewisse genannte Ausstattungsmerkmale nicht vorhanden waren, wie Gewürzen oder ausreichend Toilettenpapier, des Weiteren gab es wenig Handtücher für den gebuchten Zeitraum. WLAN ist nur in der Küche und der Terrasse vorhanden und die Matratzen sind sehr durchgelegen. Ansonsten hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt, in einer sehr privaten Unterkunft.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Marta und ihrer Familie hätte schöner nicht sein können. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment absolut wohl gefühlt. Das Anwesen ist absolut weitläufig, liebevoll ausgestattet, unglaublich toll gepflegt und mit Liebe geführt. Marta und Ihre Familie sind absolut liebenswert und kümmern sich ganz reizend um ihre Gäste. Es werden einem alle Wünsche erfüllt. Der Pizza-Abend war ganz wunderbar und für uns ein gelungener Abschluss unseres Aufenthaltes. Wer traumhaftes, abgelegenes toskanisches Ambiente und liebevolle Gastgeber sucht ist in "Poggio del Fattore" genau richtig.

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. This was our first experience in Tuscany and it did not disappoint. The house is very private, there is only 1 house behind it however from most viewpoints you cannot see it and we never saw anyone. Volterra is a beautiful medieval place that will make you feel like you are in a movie. An hour from Pisa, drivable to many many wineries in the surrounding regions, this air bnb is a perfect place to stay and we hope to return again.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus in der Toskana war einfach traumhaft! Das Haus liegt idyllisch am Land und hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen – es war noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Alles war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und perfekt ausgestattet, um entspannte Tage inmitten der toskanischen Natur zu genießen. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit – von der unkomplizierten Ankunft bis hin zu tollen Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung waren sie immer für uns da. Wir können dieses Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We were a group of 10, 5 couples. I think I speak for everyone when I say our stay was the ultimate, authentic Tuscan experience. The Villa had plenty of areas to have the group all together to eat , drink and generally just enjoy life!. We were also blessed with perfect weather so we could take full advantage of the outdoor spaces as well. The highlight had to be our cooking class Domizio arranged with local chef Luciano Piacenza. He is a remarkable chef, incredibly knowledgeable and detail oriented with an amazing flair for teaching and making it so much fun for all. Lucian also created an amazing Tuscan meal on the evening of our arrival that will go down as the best chicken I have ever eaten. If you are looking for this experience, book it now and just count the days because it will be the trip of a lifetime.

Wonderful stay at the Villa among the vineyards in Panzano. Vicky, the host, is the owner of Le Fonti winery with the villa surrounded by their vineyards and olive groves. The view from the villa is absolutely stunning. The town of Panzano is very cute. We bought groceries at the Coop and made breakfast each morning, gathering in the cozy well equipped kitchen. There is a courtyard immediately outside the doors of the villa with a large table, and again amazing views. Our time in the villa was so relaxing! Though we went to several wineries, a highlight was a very personal tour of the winery, wine making process and wines by Vicky at Le Fonti. She spent time discussing/pouring the different wines, even bringing over the same wine from different years to show us the difference the weather/grape stress influences the final taste. Overall exactly what we wanted from a Tuscan experience and really enriched by an extremely friendly and knowledgeable host.

Incredible host and property. We feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay here. Cesare was beyond helpful with recommendations and flexible with our check in. Secluded, peaceful and a great place for making memories during our travels around Italy.

As soon as you get out of the car we smelled jasmine. The grounds are so well attended to. Beautiful roses, rosemary bushes everywhere! The pool is much larger than the pictures appear. The views are incredible!! It was the perfect place for us and our adult children with significant others. Our daughters boyfriends family joined us from Great Britain and our other daughter got engaged during our vacation in the backyard of the villa at twighlight. We will never forget this place and the very many memories that it provided. The villa was so comfortable with all the amenities. We were cooking outside and relaxing by the pool daily. Giulia provided a special wine tasting recommendation day of arrival and we also enjoyed our favorite wine tasting right down the road at Corbucci. Do not miss this whatever you do!! Das Haus ist schön und sehr gross. Es liegt etwas ausserhalb von Buonconvento und bietet absolute Privatsphäre. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig, es gibt Mückennetze über allen Betten und genügend Badezimmer und WCs für alle. Generell ist das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet, sowohl in der Küche als auch sonst. Der Pool ist etwas erhöht, schön, gross, mit natürlichem Schatten rundherum und bietet eine herrliche Aussicht auf die umliegende Landschaft. Im riesigen Garten kann man Essen, Verweilen, Spielen... Es gibt sogar einen kleinen Basketball-Court. Aber Achtung: Gleich nebenan gibt es wilde Brombeeren und der Ball kann verloren gehen :) In Buonconvento gibt es einen Coop, eine feine Gelateria und eine gutes Caffé mit den berühmten und feinen Produkten von Le Dolcezze di Nanni. Für eine gute Pizza lohnt sich die Fahrt ins Restaurant Mulinum etwas ausserhalb, sie haben eine eigene Mühle und verarbeiten ihr eigenes Getreide. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Stunningly beautiful location and property! Great location to access Pisa, Florence, Lucca and the other surrounding area’s. We couldn’t have asked for more from Serena and the team during our stay. Nothing was too much! It is safe to say that we have never stayed in a home and setting as perfect as this one!

We were a big group of 14 people and the place was perfect for us. It is exactly as described, had all the amenities we needed. I can only recommend staying at this place.

This was the most magical place so spend a week in Chianti! The villa is exceptionally beautiful, and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The grounds were spectacular, with many things to do and different areas to sit and enjoy. My toddler especially loved picking strawberries from the small garden and collecting eggs from the chickens for breakfast. The hosts were lovely and helpful with any questions we had, and took great care of us. The town of Gaiole in Chianti is very close and with great restaurants and things to do. A perfect spot I can’t recommend highly enough!

We had an amazing four weeks staying at Bellagatta, using it as a base to explore Tuscany & surrounds, and it met all our expectations and more. Bellagatta is a positioned on a hilltop with stunning 360 degree panoramic views, more beautiful than the photos. The annexe that we stayed in was exceptionally clean and comfortable and well fitted out. Air con was useful on the first few days of our stay which were very hot. The property is well situated, 10 minute drive into Buonconvento (not quite an easy return walk up the hill!) which was convenient for restaurants & shopping. Gaetano was a most delightful host, very welcoming, & always taking interest in which towns we were travelling to and providing useful tips for our visits. His property manager, Susil, was also readily available and looked after us with anything we needed , even providing fresh eggs, vegetables & olive oil from the property. Highly recommended!

Six of us spent a wonderful week at Vicky's villa to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. The beautifully appointed house, the stunning views, and the swimming pool were all we had hoped for and more. Vicky is a five-star host. She welcomed us and even arranged to have a meal served upon our arrival. She generously helped us coordinate a catered birthday dinner at the villa. She shared interesting stories and lore from the area and made us feel very much at home. Before we left, she even took us on a tour of the magnificent Medici building under restoration on her property. From the villa, we headed out to Livorno, Pisa, Siena, and Florence, each a manageable day trip through the rolling Tuscan countryside. (Note: The final approach to the villa is over unpaved road; we were happy to have chosen an SUV for our rental.) We are left with great memories and many beautiful photographs of our stay in Peccioli. Thank you, Vicky!

We had a wonderful stay with family and friends, including young children, in Brian's lovely villa. The property has fantastic views and is enormous. Brian was very helpful throughout our stay. He arranged a delicious meal for us one evening. We were particularly grateful that they came up with a special vegan menu for two of our friends, who really appreciated the effort and the food! I would definitely go back.

A beautiful villa with exceptional views to the hills and valley. Various oudoor areas. Private location however close to sights and amenities. Cafes and restaurants not far however not walking distance, best accessed by own car. Electric bikes were available for sightseeing. Fantastic host, always responsive and helpful. Can warmly recommend.

There are very few times when a stay not only lives up to expectations, but exceeds them. Our stay at the Lazy Oak did just that. There are no adjectives to truly describe the beauty of the villa and the surrounding countryside. Sitting at the infinity pool, looking out over the olive groves before a dinner prepared in house by a Tuscan chef as the sun sets will go down as one of the greatest days of our lives. We visited the nearby town twice for gelato but the truth is we did not want to leave the property! If you are looking for a peaceful quintessential Tuscan vacation in the countryside, look no further than the Lazy Oak. Mario is on property to tend to any needs but keeps to himself unless called upon. We actually loved his company and called him over to talk on multiple occasions…with the help of Google translation of course. Thank you Mario and Alesandro for an unforgettable stay. We hope to see you again in the future.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold i villaen. Et moderne hus i rolige omgivelser med vakker utsikt. Brigitta var svært hjelpsom og svarte raskt på våre henvendelser både før og under oppholdet.

Du kan sluta leta nu! Detta är förmodligen det mest perfekta boendet och med den bästa värden i hela Toscana. Detta sagt av en mycket resvan och ganska kräsen familj från Sverige som denna gång åkte med tre söner 16, 18 och 22 år och äldste sonens fästmö. Värden Lorenzo är helt fantastisk både före och under vistelsen: snabba svar, otroligt hjälpsam och väldigt tillmötesgående. Du bor i en renoverad kvarn (två superfräscha separata byggnader varav en är nybyggd) i den lilla byn Montefoscoli, med vidunderlig utsikt över landskapet och solläge från morgon till kväll. Stor uteplats med grill och pool för härliga måltider och avkoppling. Inne finns allt man behöver och mer därtill: full utrustat kök, diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, strykutrustning, ac i varje sovrum. Bra wifi och tv-box. Utmärkt litet bageri 50 m från bostaden. En liten Coopbutik 5 minuters gångavstånd från bostaden med allt man behöver. Vi har redan tipsat vänner och bekanta om detta boende — bättre blir det inte!

Curio hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und uns eine Führung durch das Haus gegeben. Für Fragen war er jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war super, sehr schöne Lage. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad mit WC und Dusche. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist fantastisch. Der große Pool ist zur alleinigen Nutzung und kann durch eine Pforte abgetrennt werden. Das Grundstück ist zu beiden Seiten durch Hecken abgegrenzt, dadurch hat man sehr viel Privatsphäre. Mein persönliches Highlight waren die Glühwürmchen, die wir dort abends beobachten konnten.
