We spend here 4 nights with our dog and felt right at home. I love nature and I love to cook and the kitchen being small has everything and a window on the Tuscan landscape, Considering we were not lucky with the weather Antonio gave us a few great tips what to do and we had an amazing time! Francesca was an incredible host who supplied us with some great tips on local places to visit and eat at. Her welcome with some snacks and drinks were above and beyond expectation. The accommodation was excellent, and also nice to be able to use the washing machine. Will definitely recommend to friends and family, and would rebook if we return to the area.

Best place to stay!!! The charm of property draws you in immediately! A lovely garden, fresh flowers in the apartment, stunning views of San Gimignano. We loved the touches of old Italy everywhere (with the subtle inclusion of modern flair). And the little extras - a beautiful homemade tart welcomed us, as well as fresh fruit, juices, coffee and creamers and a few more fun surprises! Fabio and Alessandra are fabulous hosts - always answering any of our questions and having excellent advice on where to eat and things to do! The location is perfect for day trips to many of the Tuscan and Chianti region towns. And so lovely to come back to the charm of Fabio and Alessandra’s place. Grazie mille!!!

Beautiful, unique location. We were there for the yearly festival which was so fun to watch. We watched fireworks from the roof which was so much fun. There were breathtaking views everywhere. And we tried to make friends with all the local kitties at the cat sanctuary. Our ONLY complaint was that the apartment was HOT!!! The fans were super helpful but it was uncomfortably hot. Not honestly, even knowing that, we would stay here again!

Great stay! Quiet accommodation, with character. Very good welcome, very available and attentive host. Very good location to discover Tuscany, its beautiful villages and countryside. I would highly recommend it!

It was a perfect place! The surrounding natural scenery was beautiful and the accommodation was very comfortable. There was also a private garden, so I enjoyed breakfast there. Breakfast service is not provided, but bread, biscuits, jam, milk, and water are provided as a basic service. There were all the tableware and seasonings such as olive oil and balsamic vinegar, so it was convenient to cook. Two of us stayed, but it was easy to wash because there were two bathrooms. It was nice to be able to use the washing machine without restrictions. It was also close to major cities such as San Gimignano and Siena, making it a perfect location for walking around. If I go back to Tuscany, it's a place I want to visit again.

Cesaro was an exceptional host—kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He was always proactive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised by his thoughtful welcome gift: an aperitivo with pastries, which we truly appreciated. The place itself was well-equipped and located in a quiet area. We genuinely enjoyed our stay at Casa Vacanze L’Usignolo ☺️

5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

Communication with Gael was extremely easy. Although he was out of town, co-hosts Angelo and Alessandro were super friendly and attentive. We really felt at home. We would return a million times, for sure!!!

Such a wonderful, historic apartment!! We particularly appreciated the beautiful views from the balcony - simply stunning! The apartment was quiet, comfortable and pristinely clean… with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. San Gimignano is gorgeous but staying at Luca’s apartment made our experience unforgettable. We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

Luca’s apartment overlooking the piazza was absolutely perfect! There were reviews about it being loud but honestly we were so tired every night from enjoying the beauty of Florence that I didn’t even notice any noise. The location couldn’t have been any better & it was a perfect space for my husband and I. Thank you Luca!!

Very nice apartment, nicely decorated with a very large terrace with jacuzzi and possibility to sit in shade. Great for cooling down after day trips. It was a wonderful place to stay. Baker, vegetable shops and a few small supermarkets nearby and old center of Lucca within walking distance. Nice shower and good bed. Great air conditioning. Free parking a few hundred meters away and also possible in front of the door for a fee.

Superb spot close to river. Bed is confortable. Yes, stairs could be a challenge for some only it is clearly stated. At the end of the day, it’s alright!

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

We loved staying here and had the most fantastic time. They were super helpful and responsive to everything and we can’t wait to go back.

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
