I booked Mel's place for my Husband's birthday weekend for a quiet and peaceful getaway. The Air bnb was the perfect choice. The cabin was right on the lakeshore with private access to the lake. The Cabin was clean and spacious! The little touches like a little welcome board, the birthday prosecco, and happy birthday note was super cute. The hot tub and sauna was on our checklist too and it was perfect for a quiet weekend! Definitely recommend!!

Really enjoyed our stay in the Wild Meadow. The hut was so cosy and warm -even in stormy weather. There were so many nice touches, like bread and jam left for us on arrival. The hot tub and sauna were amazing-great after a day of walking. Anne was really helpful and responsive to messages. Overall really recommend Wild Meadow for a lovely stay in Doolin!

Lovely place - great area - we enjoyed our four-night-stay from the very beginning to the very end. There‘s so much to do and see around Lough Derg. But you can also a enjoy a relaxing day at the cabin. So it‘s worthwhile a stay and we can only recommend Colm‘s place.

Cute little space that was easily walkable to everything in Doolin. Quick drive to the Cliffs of Moher as well. Anne was very friendly and helpful to us, definitely recommend the place if you’re spending a couple of nights in Doolin.

The A Frame was in a beautiful location. It was quiet but within easy reach of Westport by car. It had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay while we explored the area. Brendan was very helpful & welcoming. We would recommend this accommodation.

Lovely ambience, completely into nature. They got my kids loved the place a lot, they got Beautifull farm land with sheep's, horses, hens and woods to walk in with kids play area.

We had such a great time in Alison’s hut. The place was beautiful with beautiful countryside. Our dog loved it as much as us! The baked treats were also such a lovely touch 🩷 we will definitely come back and recommend to friends

Stayed for a weekend with my partner and 2 dogs, location was so peaceful and the dogs loved the freedom of the space, especially the well located pond. Would love to see this place again in a few years time, nature is very happy here, especially with such considerate guardians. We loved all the organic natural touches, every little detail was appreciated. I chose this property for the dog friendly element and this was definitely 5 star for me and the doggies. Thank you xox

Probably the best Air B n B experience I’ve had. Roy was an exceptional host, gave us great recommendations and was always around for any questions. The location its self was stunning, ideally suited between Galway and Doolin. The wood burning stove in the cabin and fire pit were a lovely touch. The Cabin itself was very tastefully decorated and very well equipped. Overall 10/10! Can’t recommend enough.

Lovely location surrounded by Connemara hills. We had a great long weekend escape. The place is about 10 minutes walk to the shop, walkable distance to the beach. Great location for exploring different parts of Connemara!

What a special place to stay! The house has been furnished with great attention to detail and lots of lovely ideas. It's a real little estate, romantic with beautiful gardens and outdoor seating areas. You mustn't be afraid of loneliness. We were there as a couple and felt very comfortable. It is very spacious for two, but you don't feel lost. It is possible to stay here with several people, but you should be aware that the house has an open-plan layout. For us, it was perfect! The kitchen is very well equipped and everything is cosy! You can really sense that the hosts have furnished it for themselves and use it themselves. It feels like a real home. The bathroom with the shower is particularly worth mentioning. Very cool design! It was by far the best shower we had during our trip around Ireland! A place with character in the heart of the Irish countryside, where you feel completely at ease and can truly escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Rating: highly recommended!

The house was incredible! Very spacious, it smells good, with lots of windows overlooking nature. Very bright and warm. The place is very peaceful, the rooms are very comfortable! We wanted to stay longer! Thank you!!

We stayed at Christina's cabin. Lovely and quiet, very comfortable. Easy access to the Aillwee caves from this location. Christina was very nice and meet us with great ease. Check-in was simple. Will definitely stay again. Thank you Christina for your hospitality.

We loved our stay here. Very quiet yet 5 minutes to pubs and short drives to local attractions. The cabin was very comfortable and the bed was amazing! We loved the extra touches like fresh eggs bread and butter. Thank you for a great stay Cat - we would highly recommend!

Perfect stay, only downside: the road next door which is quite busy during the day (but quiet in the evening).

Sandra was an amazing host very helpful and friendly and gave great recommendations of what was around to do so we got to make the most of our stay and the beautiful sights. The cabin itself and location are just perfect if you are looking for a relaxing getaway in peace and quiet. Of you want a peaceful calm setting and love to watch nature pass by, this is the place for you . Swallows, Thrushes, Robins, a very naughty magpie, Chaffinches all there whilst eating breakfast . Cattle too came down to fence to say hello . If you want/ need wifi or several tv channels this is not the place for you to stay ..helps you leave the world behind !!

This was a wonderful place to stay! It’s close to many places we wished to visit but was removed enough that we felt we could unwind in a peaceful space at the end of our days. Gerard and Christiane were friendly and helpful, but give you the space to enjoy the cottage without disruption. The cottage itself was clean, quaint, and perfectly cozy! We will definitely stay again if in the area :)
