It was built in such strategically high position as a defence from possible attacks from the sea. Castelsardo is an extraordinary example of Medieval town, which developed around the castle, with the old town walls still intact. We have opened our home not only to introduce you to Sardinia for its seas, coasts, scents and colors of the Mediterranean, but also to be able to discover the history, traditions and the cuisine of Northern Sardinia. The comfortable attic is decorated with fine sardinian furnitures crafted by famous local artisans, private bathroom, 2 double rooms, air conditioning, fridge, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Lavazza espresso machine, free unlimited wifi connection, Internet TV (Free Netflix), barbeque, sonic shower, huge balcony with both Castle and ocean view. Towels, linen, small bed, high chairs for kids and many other things are also available for free. All the comforts needed for a top vacation have been considered. This Attic accommodates up to 4 people. Plenty of shops and restaurants are within walking distance Due to its central location, all the main attraction of the north of this beautiful Island are very easy to reach by car. A beautiful home, with stunning views, in a super quiet setting. Certain is what I had read in some comment that there is some detail in the house with a lack of maintenance, but we have been so well, that you are forgotten. The only negative is that in one of the rooms there was no hot water in the shower and in commenting to Michele he told us that he already knew but now in August I could not find technicians to fix it; I'm sure as far as possible he will fix it. Michele is a super host, very attentive, responds to everything super fast and you have a house that is a paradise in the middle of spectacular nature and marvellous views. Thank you for everything Michele🤗

Beautiful enclave “suburb” of Santa Teresa Gallura. Well located to port excursions and Nuraghi archeological site. Don’t miss the site! Michelin rated restaurants. Killer sunsets. Don’t miss the leeward sandy beach at Capo Testa isthmus. Well done, complete renovation and tastefully furnished unit. Washer, no oven. Maria Lucia was very attentive with advance texts on things to visit; she truly loves Sardinia and you will too! She will help you in anyway possible. Just ask! In return, she only asks to do the recycling and water her thriving plants. Thank you for all your kindnesses.

It's an amazing accommodation that has everything you need for a vacation trip. It is in a quiet, beautiful and easily accessible area. We stayed in a studio that had a fully equipped kitchen, a room with a desk, a bathroom and a terrace (all perfectly clean and tidy). It also had a garbage service and a swimming pool. The location is ideal if you are looking to visit the north of the island as it is in the middle of the north, next to Castelsardo. As for the hosts, you couldn't ask for more, they were attentive at all times. They gave us a lot of recommendations about bars, restaurants, cities, beaches... and they made us feel at home (or even better) with their kindness and closeness. They also left us a parasol and mats for the beach, which is to be appreciated since on some beaches in Sardinia (La Pelosa) it is mandatory. I can't say more about this accommodation and its hosts, it's perfect and 100% recommended!!

We were delighted with the view and the environment. Capo testa is ideal for walks, between the magnificent rocks. We had access to 2 beaches on foot. Private parking is a comfort. Thank you Brunella for your great kindness! And your residence is very cute
