Small yet fully equipped and uniquely designed studio on the ground floor is a fine choice to explore local area all year round and 10-15 min. walk to the nearest seashore. You'll have a cute terrace with the front yard view, self check-in/out possibility, STANDARD SIZE CAR PARKING, AC cooling/heating, fiber optic Wi-Fi and complete linen. Apartment is close about 6 km to the airport, 3.2 km from the center, 2.5 km from the beach, 2 km from the intercity bus station, 200 m from the beach-city bus station, 200 m from restaurants, food shop, rent a scooter, 250 m from the post, and 3.2 km from our main nightlife clubs. The apartment is in the ground flor of the family house, it has it's own entrance, and the whole garden is only for private use of the rentals. The parking place, and the mountains bikes are included.

Centrally located, it takes only 3 min walk to our magnificent Amphitheathre and about 8 min. walk to either the strict city centre or our old town ( bars, restaurants, pubs, galleries) All our town beaches are within 3-4 Km. All small villages are cca 5-10 km distant from our apartment.
