Holiday rentals with a patio in Gajac

We had a wonderful stay, the hostess made us feel at home: Jovana is very kind, very helpful and attentive to all the details. The apartment has all the comforts and exactly matches the description. It is very spacious and quiet, all new. It is located in Barbat, a few kilometres from the ferry landing and, for those of us who want to visit almost the entire island, it is in a strategic position. It is located just a 5-minute walk from the nearest beach. Thank you Jovana for your hospitality, you are magnificent!

Everything was great!

We were very happy with the apartment. Everything was there. In the area, many new houses are emerging, which we felt was questionable for the originality of the area and infrastructure for the future. But it does not diminish the high standard of the beautiful apartment and the friendliness of our hosts. A really quiet and original sandy beach was nearby. Shopping as well. The pool in the evening sun on the terrace was a wonderful new experience and wellness from home. Thank you!

We were personally greeted by Snjezana, her husband had prepared a little something. We felt very welcome. The apartment is only a few metres from the sea and beach, and you can get there via a private path. The apartment's furnishings were great, very clean and also the various seating options on the terrace, parking directly at the house. Snjezana was always available and helped both very quickly. We wish all future guests a holiday as beautiful as the one we had ☀️

We stayed at Morana's place in Silba for approx. 10 days and we had a great time. I can only recommend her place. 1. Location: It was a bit off the center of the island, which we really liked because it was super peaceful and quiet. It was easy to go to the center (10-15 min by foot), where you find restaurants and supermarkets. There were several beaches nearby (the nearest being 5 min walk) so we could visit different beaches every day. 2. Apartment's state: The place looks exactly like the photos. It has two rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and beautiful terrace. We slept in the bigger room, on the sofa couch with a mattress on top that is very comfortable. The place is well equipped with A/C, fridge, stove, cooking utensils. Everything was very clean. Morana left water and juice for us as a welcome. 3. Communication: Morana was super responsive. She was very helpful and friendly. She and her husband picked us up at the port upon arrival and answered all questions.

Can only recommend it. We were greeted in a very friendly manner by Matthias, brought to our accommodation and even asked if we needed help with the suitcases. The place was clean and exactly as described in the offer. Location is also optimal 5 minutes to the sea and about 15 minutes to the old town. Recommendations for restaurants etc. were also shared with us right away. Thanks so much for the nice week :)

It was such a lovely place, 11/10! This apartment is perfect for someone who wants to wake up and go out for a nice and relaxing beach day with amazing views. There were resturants that were super nice with good food a minute away walking and a small shop where you could buy essentials like shampo, groceries, etc (everything you might need). The buss station was right outside the apartment where you also could go to Pag (very nice beaches) and Zadar centrum (old town, shopping, beaches), both are super nice plces that everyone should visit. But honestly, the host made the experience perfect for us. She was so kind, our buss never arrived and she offered to drive us to Zadar (30km). She is so kind, helpful, caring and much more. If we are ever nearby again, we will stop here for a place to stay 100%. I so much recommend to book with Suncica, because this apartment is exactly what you are looking for. The apartment also has everything you need (cooking, etc) Thank you :)

Our stay in the villa was completely successful. The accommodation is excellently equipped and left nothing to be desired – especially the large, beautiful pool was a real highlight for us. The villa is tastefully decorated and very well maintained, so we felt comfortable from the first moment. A big compliment also goes to the hosts: they were extremely friendly, always available. The location of the accommodation is ideal - a fantastic beach is just a few minutes' walk away. We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend the place!

Great spot to stay just a short walk away from the beach and a few nice restaurants and bars. Beautiful view for sunset. Even has AC, which is really nice on those 35C days!

Very welcoming hosts. Convenient location of the house. Short walk to beaches and shops, but at the same time a quiet and peaceful place. Nice view from the terrace. Stylishly decoratedinterior. There is everything you need for your stay. There is an opportunity to light a grill and cook fish or meat. It was our best vacation ever.

Wonderful apartment on a Heaven on Earth that Silba is, and a lovely host.

We arrived 2 hours earlier than planned but we were able to inform Andrej one hour before arrival and were then allowed to check in earlier. The house was clean and something to eat and drink was already in the fridge for us. An employee of Andrej explained everything to us and also came every morning in the morning when everyone was still asleep to clean the pool. In the house you can use the dishwasher and also the washing machine, tabs and dish soap have already been there. Outside, the lighting switches on automatically in the evening and unfortunately can't be turned off manually, which makes it seem like rooms from outside. There is a supermarket and a bakery nearby, which are open every day. It is about 30 minutes to Pag, there is also the nearest gas station and larger supermarkets. It is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment to the sea and you can walk directly into the water even without bathing shoes. All in all, you can take a great vacation here. Glad to come back!

Great location, shaded parking in the yard, apartment perfectly clean, covered terrace, sea view. Mrs. Ružica is a great and helpful host and always available. It can't do better.

I chose Katarina's home due to the closeness to Beach Rucica and Beach Beritnica. When I arrived , i was so happy about the apartment too. The bedroom was comfortable , large bathroom , well equipped kitchen for me to cook .There is a balcony with partial seaview orwatching the locals wallking around. There are 3 restaurants just around then corners . The local beach is also very pretty and takes seconds to get there !There is also the Life on Mars trail which is a must do !!! It was stunning and not too difficult . I walked with my very active medium / large dog. So , I stronlgy recommend Katarin's home for your next stay in Pag .

Great Airbnb with quality materials everywhere. The appartment is spacious for 4 people and could accommodate up to 6 people. The sofa bed is actually confortable. The property offers a private jacuzzi. Perfect if you are visiting Pag island or Novalja but you must have a car or take an Uber but it wasn’t a big deal since we had a car and we were taking Uber at night. The host is very reactive. I would recommend this property 💯

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay at Ilija's apartment :) Great location, bakery and shop is near, private beach, clear water. Ilija is amazing host! The apartment is big enough and has a great view from terrace. Thank you for a really nice trip!

the best place to stay in novalja!!

apartment complete with everything and clean, my wife and our daughter spent 10 very relaxing days. Very helpful armchair recommended for those who want to spend days in complete relaxation

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

The house is in a great location. In 10 minutes walking you reach the beach below the house, by car in just 5 minutes we visited better beaches. The home was clean, tidy, and perfectly reflected what was shown in the photos. We were 7 young boys and found many activities in the area. The Host was friendly and helpful, he gave us directions on where to eat and what beaches to visit. It was a pleasure staying at Doris' home

Comucative, welcoming host. The apartment was clean, the amenities matched the description and photos. Vesna allowed us to check in earlier than stated on the itinerary after communication. She personally greeted us, guided us through the accommodation. She surprised us with snacks in the fridge and fresh scones. Very caring and helpful throughout the stay. An apartment in a location for people who are looking for a quiet vacation. Pebble beaches with beautiful clear water about 10-15 minutes on foot. Again, the day before we left, she surprised us with freshly baked fruit cake. She was aware of the check out time and due to the early morning check out she said goodbye to us and accompanied us safe travels and return home. Satisfied with location, weather and beaches.

We spent 14 pleasant days in September at Mate's large, modern apartment. Everything very clean and very well decorated. The view from the balcony very nice. It was very relaxed. Mate took care of everything and was always available. Perfect location. Nice and quiet, only 5 min walk to 2 different beaches. Also only 20 minutes to walk to the old TOWN OF RAB.
