A large 3 bedroom house with spacious, bright rooms and a generous communal living area in Gaios, Paxos. The property has been renovated in 2023. There is a lovely outside seating area with a BBQ, an ideal property for families and groups of friends. The house is 5 minute walk from the centre of Gaios, which is the biggest town in Paxos. It is also just 5 minutes walk from the beach. **NEW** as of summer 2023 we have refitted the kitchen and added WiFi to the property.

It is the third fully independent building in a row in a renovated complex of three residences, Villa Callista, Rasalu house and Neradu house, and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It has been completely renovated with the aim of keeping it as it was 200 years ago.
