The jewel of the port is the island of Ai Nikolaos with the Venetian castle and the chapel of Panagia.

A set of wide, white stone steps leads up to a vibrant green door framed by lush vegetation. The surrounding area features a tree providing shade, with terracotta pots and well-maintained plants enhancing the welcoming entrance.

A large 3 bedroom house with spacious, bright rooms and a generous communal living area in Gaios, Paxos. The property has been renovated in 2023. There is a lovely outside seating area with a BBQ, an ideal property for families and groups of friends. The house is 5 minute walk from the centre of Gaios, which is the biggest town in Paxos. It is also just 5 minutes walk from the beach. **NEW** as of summer 2023 we have refitted the kitchen and added WiFi to the property.

A balcony seating area is visible with a small table set for two, featuring drinks and snacks. Vibrant flowers adorn the railing, while a view of the port, St. Nicholas Island, and charming town structures under clear blue skies is prominently showcased.

Studio Gaia is situated in a serene location that is very close to the heart of the town of Gaios. The open plan living space has a cosy sitting room, dining area and a kitchen that although they share 16 m2, are well maintained and equipped. Fresh bath amenities and Wi-Fi facility are also provided. The garden is full of trees and if you are lucky, you can enjoy fresh vegetables and fruits according to the season.
