Beautiful place to stay lovely pool and wrap around porch. It sleeps five but the fifth person needed to sleep on the couch. The loft was nice, but I wouldn’t recommend it for younger children, very steep steps to climb. We enjoyed the recommendation of ice cream and restaurants. Easy 30 minute drive into Gainesville if your child is attending the university.

The place was very comfortable, clean, and the hosts were very friendly and responsive. Jasmine even brought us over a watermelon from her garden❤️ We would most definitely stay here again!!

Every year I go to Gainesville to visit my family and throw a nice bbq/pool party. This year was the best thanks to this Airbnb. It’s quite a large house, with a nice screened in pool. It’s in a corner with lots of space in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of space to entertain my friends and family. It is not a cheap airbnb but worth the price. Only issue I had was trying to get early check in, they were unable to accommodate but overall the experience was great.

We are a family of 6 with a toddler. We split our vacation in half, a condo by the beach and house close to the springs. Everyone was in agreement that this house was definitely the highlight of the trip. Way better than expected, pristine and luxe. We all appreciated that everything we needed and wanted was provided, but not only that, but the best of it and in bulk. Sensitive skins over here, so sensitive products were a great touch. Appliances, pots and pans -- everything was quality. The primary bed -- Oh so comfy!! Could go on and on. If we get the opportunity, which we might because so many springs are close to here, would definitely come back.

Our stay went well without any issues at all. Excellent communication-- very quick response time and very thorough which was appreciated. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and was well stocked with essentials -- more than most in so far as paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, etc... which was a pleasant surprise. Beds were comfy which is one of the most important things to me personally. Location was convenient to everything that we needed. My only recommendation would be for the back deck to be replaced soon. Otherwise everything was great and I would stay again if in the area. Thank you!

We had our daughter’s first birthday here :). The entire experience was absolutely perfect! The backyard and pool was everyone’s favorite area to spend their time. The beds felt like heaven!!! The kitchen and closets were stocked with anything you needed! We found a dog feeding mat and a pack and play for additional babies!!! We will be booking this home again in the future! Overall, 5 stars!!! The host was so kind and accommodating!!! I really can’t brag enough!!!

Liz’s place was perfect for my stay in Gainesville. The guest house had everything you would need and was very comfortable. Close to restaurants/shops downtown and had private parking. Would definitely stay again if I came back to Gainesville

Came out for a long softball weekend and was incredibly impressed with how beautiful and comfortable the home was. It had all the amenities we needed, was spotless, and located in a quiet area—but still close to tons of great food spots and activities. Check-in and check-out were a breeze thanks to the clear instructions. The host was super responsive and genuinely friendly. It was truly a pleasure to stay here for an extended weekend, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!

John was very respectful and communicated fast and efficiently with any questions that arise. He was very generous with providing a welcome basket of sweet treats and cold drinks upon arrival. When I’m in the area again, I will definitely be trying to book one of John’s locations because I couldn’t ask for a better host.

Gisselle went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Very comfortable bed and great spacious shower. Would be a great place to stay for a UF Football game or sports tournament like we did. Great price for the location near the University of Florida.

Perfect location for visiting our college kids, attending ceremonies on campus and near our favorite restaurants and stores. The house is immaculate, comfortable and well decorated. The fenced yard is great for our little dog. We own a short term rental and stay in them often. Stephen's communication is probably the best we have ever experienced. We will definitely be back!

My family of 4 stayed the weekend at Brittany and Patrick’s place, and it was absolutely amazing. This was one of the best and well stocked Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. First, it was super clean, and I especially loved the decor. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped, and the living room was spacious for my family of 4. The bedrooms were cozy offering comfortable bedding, and the showers in both bathrooms were amazing. The courtyard was nice with a hot tub..even though we didn’t have time to use it like we had planned! Our hosts were lovely as they responded to all of my initial inquiries. Overall I give Brittany and Patrick’s place 5 stars, and I highly recommend it. Toni & Bob

Very large clean house. Plenty of beds. About 10-15 minutes from UF. 2 families stayed here while our daughters attended orientation for UF. The house was great for the younger siblings to entertain themselves. There is some traffic noise in the backyard but you can’t hear it in the house.

This was my fourth time staying this this place. This location is really quiet and has a private entrance at the back. Room is very clean. I also enjoy the television in the evenings. Another nice feature about this room is having an individual thermostat for the area. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who is looking to stay in the Alachua Area.

Bianca was awesome to work with. She responded quickly to any questions. The house was AMAZING. It had literally everything you could possibly want or need. The kitchen was fully stocked. Everything was clean and new. We would definitely stay again. We were in Gainsville for a softball tournament and will be back!

Had a wonderful stay at this home. Will be visiting the area again in the near future more frequently and would definitely recommend this stay. Very comfortable home. I will probably add curtains to two of the bedrooms. But other than that, I believe this was one of the most amazing stays
