Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a living area of around 125 m² surrounded by nature. Your exclusive getaway with 360-degree views of Säntis/Lake Constance and yet so close to attractions such as St.Gallen/Appenzell. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Sunny 2-room apartment with separate entrance and seating area in a detached house overlooking Säntis. Rural, hilly area ideal for hiking and biking. 24/7 shop in the village. City of Wil (route Zurich-St. Gallen) is 20 minutes away by public transport. The apartment is 5 minutes from the bus station. Kitchen fully equipped, living room with large leather sofa. Washing machine, dryer for shared use by arrangement. Parking included.

Experience and inhabit paradise

Lovely pavilion with a double bed (box spring bed) and a bathroom. To heat the cottage, fire up the heating fireplace, cosy warmth is guaranteed! In summer, a mass camp is also available in the barn, e.g. for families. There is a kitchen available, about 20m from the cottage. On request, we will provide breakfast for an extra charge of CHF 13.00 per person, which must be paid in advance as we have unfortunately had bad experiences.

The vacation home is in a quiet location. On the ground floor there are spacious lounges with a terrace facing east. Please note that the house can only be used vegetarian. On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms, whereby one bedroom is a passageway for the bedroom behind it. The wooden house is cozily furnished with wooden furniture and has everything you need for a nice stay. Games available for all ages.

The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.
