An architecturally clean, light-filled apartment surrounded by meadows, forest and mountains – modern, stylish and deliberately minimalist. Here, you'll be surrounded by nature, enjoying maximum privacy and mountain views. In the garden, there is a wooden sauna with a sweeping view over the deer enclosure and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is located on a small organic farm that I run according to permaculture principles. Deer live in the meadows, and there are chickens, bees, cats and a fish pond.

Genießen Sie ein gutes Buch und eine Tasse Tee an der großen Panoramascheibe mit Blick ins Grüne. Möglicherweise kommt auch ein Reh vorbei..

Das Flößerhaus ist kein gewöhnliches Apartment. Das Gebäude aus dem 17. Jahrhundert wurde von Hertl Architekten behutsam saniert und für den Mies van der Rohe Award nominiert. The apartment is located in the heart of Waidhofen an der Ybbs, the pearl of the Ybbstal, and is the ideal starting point for an adventure. Waidhofen captivates with a charming old town and beautiful surroundings in the foothills of the Alps, perfect for hiking, biking (Ybbstal bike path) and unwinding. Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

Ideal getaway cabin Feel yourself and nature. In the vicinity are the 3 Lunzer lakes, the Ötscher-Tormäuer Nature Park and beautiful mountain and hiking routes! Cycling enthusiasts will particularly like the Ybbs Valley cycle path. With canyoning, rafting and Flying Fox, adventure seekers are not left wanting. In the surrounding restaurants, inns and taverns you will be spoiled with culinary delights. Access to the cabin is possible by car via a gravel road.

Es stehen eine Küche mit E-Herd und Elektrobackofen, eine Stube mit Kachelofen, 1 Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne sowie 1 WC im Untergeschoß, 1 Doppelzimmer mit Bad (Dusche und WC), ein 5-7-Bett-Zimmer und ein Spiel-/Leseraum (Durchgangszimmer) im Obergeschoß sowie WLAN zur Verfügung. Bewusst wird auf einen Fernseher verzichtet, um den Erholungsfaktor zu erhöhen. Zudem wird auf natürliche Bauweise und naturbehandelte Möbel großen Wert gelegt.

Unser Haus liegt sehr zentral und ist ideal für Erholungssuchende und Naturfreunde. Die Wohnung liegt am Ende der zum Haus gehörenden Privatstraße. Die Wohnung wurde liebevoll mit Souvenirs aus unserer siebenjährigen Weltreise gestaltet. Viele der Details haben eine Geschichte, die wir gerne auf Wunsch an Interessierte weitergeben. Die Wohnung bietet die Möglichkeit für Urlaub, Entspannung und kreative Arbeit.
