Evergreen house was the highlight of our trip. The host was friendly and responsive. We highly recommend this place if you plan to visit the plitvice national park.

Super nice and clean house. Easy accessible. The outside area with the pool and the BBQ place is like it is shown on the pictures. Antonio is a nice and helpful host. If there were any questions we could ask him and could count on a quick response.

The accommodation is very new, very clean and really luxuriously equipped. We were received in a very friendly manner. The parking space is good for two larger cars. We slept very well, the beds are very comfortable. In the kitchen we found everything we needed. We were particularly impressed by the filled refrigerator (beer, milk, water...) and the great fruit basket. Such a thing is rare! From there, you can comfortably walk to the waterfalls in 20 minutes. A small supermarket is also just around the corner. The house is not located on a busy street, so it is extremely quiet. In warm weather, it is very pleasant to sit on the terrace. It is warmer there than down by the water.

The place is clean and contains all the supplies and the host is very helpful, cooperative and quick to respond. He did not fail us at all. The garden is wonderful. There is a boat with a view of the river. The hall and the bedrooms are modest but clean. The bedrooms do not have air conditioners. The location is very good on the river and next to an excellent garden

Great stay near Plitvice. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-situated for easy access to the park. Having a washer and dryer was very convenient, and the host was helpful in showing us how to use it. Highly recommend for a relaxing and practical stay.

Incredible stay here, it was so clean and comfortable. Ivan recommended local restaurants and activities which really helped with our trip. Ivan was very kind and did everything to make sure our stay was excellent. The location is ideal if wanting to visit Plitvice lakes national park, a 10 minute drive to the entrance. The accommodation is surrounded by a beautiful surrounding, making the stay even more peaceful. Thank you Ivan!

Can only recommend it. We were greeted in a very friendly manner by Matthias, brought to our accommodation and even asked if we needed help with the suitcases. The place was clean and exactly as described in the offer. Location is also optimal 5 minutes to the sea and about 15 minutes to the old town. Recommendations for restaurants etc. were also shared with us right away. Thanks so much for the nice week :)

The listing was completely in line with the listing. A small cocoon where the calm was relaxing. Ideal for reaching Plitvice National Park. Svetlana welcomed us warmly despite our late arrival. I highly recommend it.

The garden is really very nice, with lots of fruit trees and a lot for the kids. The wooden house is very cosy. We felt very comfortable there and would have liked to stay longer.

We had a great stay at Sasa place, he was friendly and helpful. Nature is beautiful ! Cottage is very authentic and has basic equipment.

It’s a really nice house located in the forrest nearby plitvice. There’s also a nice river (Korana) to swim in and a swimmingpool nearby at a campsite. So we could relax in the morning on the terrace and in the garden and go for a swim in the afternoon. The house was very clean and had everything inside you need. Julijana is a great host. She is very friendly and always available to contact her for any questions or to help. Thank you again for the great time.

We had a fantastic time at Zrinka's place. The setting is breathtakingly beautiful overlooking the river and waterfalls. I could sit out on the terrace all day every day enjoying the peace and quiet. Anytime you get too warm it is a simple matter to pop down and have a swim in the river or, if you are feeling adventurous, take the canoe for a paddle. This was two weeks of relaxing paradise. With a car it was also easy to visit various local castles, mountains and lakes. Zagreb is an hour away and we even popped over into Slovenia for a couple of day trips. Zrinka is incredibly welcoming and easy to contact. All in all well worth 5 stars.

Beautiful accommodation for all who love nature and want to relax.

We enjoyed it with the children in nature and in the cottages that completely fit into it. Mr. Juraj ,Daniel and Alexandra we felt as accommodating as we were at home. Gulin and the surrounding area have something to offer both in the summer and in the winter. The Sabljaci , the museum and the house of Ivana Brlić Mažuranić, the surrounding nature ,Rastoke....

Everything we wanted and imagined we got by staying in this beautiful cottage in seclusion. The only sounds are the birds singing and the wind in the treetops. Kind Nataša welcomed us and instructed us in all the amenities that the cottage offers and if someone doubts whether it could be in a place without electricity and water, we would just add that three nights were not enough for us to burn all that the "cottage does not have" (as described on the host's page), and why we actually chose it. Beautiful place for complete zen... thanks to the hosts. If there is an opportunity, we will come again without any doubt... D&D
