The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

Berg-Ferienhaus Borovnica, Lich

Mountain Cottage Borovnica is located in Lič, only 30 minutes drive from the Adriatic Sea and 50 km from Rijeka. The house offers 2 cozy double rooms with shared bathroom and a folding sofa for 2 people in the living room, fully equipped kitchen with dishes and a bathroom with bathtub. The house is equipped with air conditioning, central heating and wood-burning stove as well as hot tub and infrared cabin. Forests and nearby lakes allow for an active vacation as well as the absolute tranquility.

The villa is located in Bosljiva Loka near the Kolpa river with private beach. The surroundings are filled with numerous paths that invite exploration on foot or by bike. Peter Klepec's land leads you to stunning rapids and gorge of the Kolpa River. Jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of 20.00€, arranged directly with us. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 5.00€ per night, payable upon arrival. We have equipped Villa Rozi to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home.
