Small air-conditioned wooden house

Small independent wooden house on 2 levels (28 m2 in total), behind our own house. Parking in front of the house. 100 m from shops, 150 m from the bus stop. It is more suitable for 2 people (but 4 beds possible (140/190 bed on the 1st floor + 140/190 sofa bed on the ground floor, small children's convertible). Big dogs would be a problem in this small space! Broadband internet but no TV! Sheets ,towels provided and basic products (coffee, tea, household products, toilet paper, etc.)

Attention je précise c’est un canapé lit et non pas un lit avec un matelas traditionnel ce qui fait que bien entendu le confort n’est pas le même . Concernant la cafetière c’est une dolce gusto . Les linge de lit et de toilettes sont fournis.
