The construction trailer is in the back of our residential property, free access to the meadow. Heating is available via the wood-burning stove or an electric heater. There is lots of peace and nature. A 5-minute walk to the lake. Outdoor kitchen with electricity/water on the property, toilet and laundry facilities as well. A table tennis table is available. The house is located in a peaceful village. Free use of 2 kayaks (single and double) and bicycles. No EV charging facility. Plant based meals are served (each €12) - Breakfast and the evening meal.
