The cross-country ski trail passes over the plot and directly from the yard you can get out on nice snowmobile trails. The bedrooms are located on two floors and in the loft there is an extra toilet and a small living room with TV. Ski trails, hiking and cycling trails are just behind the house. Nice fishing in the area and close to Tänndalssjön for swimming. About ten minutes by car to Tänndalen's downhill skiing and to Funäsdalen. Close to ski bus. Walking distance to Skarvruet mountain hotel.
