Great place to stay in this district of London. very clean and spacious, hosts were very friendly and fast to respond, all amenities worked well. Some good restaurants and shops around, bus stop right at the house, and close to Gants Hill station, too. Thanks for our pleasant stay!

I need a place of peace and cleanliness for a night Obaydur offered it. It was a little noisy when I got in but that was probably because of Eid celebration. It quieted down and whatever food was being made smelled absolutely delicious.

Samantha is an amazing host. She is always available and does her best to ensure everything is good. She is upfront about what's expected which is great for a medium-term stay. Any problems I communicated to her, she proactively solved them. What stood out was that when I got the seasonal flu, Samantha was available for helping me out. She respected my privacy, which is very rare when you share a house with someone. Overall, a very good experience.
