Location The holiday home is located in a good area on a closed main road, only 800 meters to Lupintorvet's grocery store and only small 700 meters to Marielyst beach.

Our beautiful thatched house (BJ 1995) is located away from tourism in the quiet village of Pruchten. It's surrounded by meadows and paddocks. From the two terraces you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over the 3000 m ², partly natural plot (Ginster) and the countryside. The Bodden can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Very close to the house, the bike path runs in the direction of Zingst (about 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach), Prerow or Barth.

The large manor house is a real rarity on the Baltic Sea coast: on 450 square meters over three floors, the living and sleeping rooms, a large country house kitchen as well as an exclusive wellness area with its own sauna and relaxation area.
