The house is located on Myra in Arendal, which is 5 minutes to drive from the city center. There is a short walking distance (2-3min) to the bus stop and Arendalsuka its "bus for car" space. There are two parking spaces for a car on the property, and the possibility of parking in the street. Bed linen, towels, coffee and cleaning is included in the accommodation. Large lovely garden with outdoor kitchen, dining table and lots of seating. 7 beds in two double beds, a single bed and the possibility of 1-2 extra beds in the fourth bedroom.

There is one stop to the city center. Two large porches and sun until 10.30 pm midsummer. Gas grill and plenty of outdoor seating. Great hiking areas right outside the door. Bathing water by hiking area, as well as city beach with boat harbor, outdoor saltwater pool, restaurants and nightlife just down in the city center. Quiet and established area. Hosted by law enforcement.

But still central with only 30 minutes to Evje Mineralpark, climbing park, and 45 minutes to Kristiansand Dyrepark. We have a rowboat and fishing rods available, which the tenant can take advantage of! As well as a functional outdoor kitchen on the terrace, with room for many, as well as one pool. Plenty of play opportunities for the kids! We have a dog yard that can be used (NB! Not animals inside).

Og ikke minst, buss med stopp ved Kristiansand dyrepark. Nær boligen finnes lekeplasser, idrettsanlegg, marka, badeplasser og turområder. Bussene til Arendal sentrum, med videre muligheter i Skjærgården stopper rett nedenfor boligfeltet. Huset er et hjem, så litt leker, sykler og treningsutstyr finnes for bruk.
