Here it is completely quiet and you only hear the sounds of nature. Nice hiking and bike opportunities just outside the door. The swimming area is 10m from the cabin wall. The annex has 2 beds and a wood-burning stove and views right out on the water and nature around. The cabin is an old restored forest house with atmosphere. Here you can just open the doors and nature comes into the living room.

It is a quiet and calm neighborhood with nice hiking trails, swimming area and fishing water within walking distance. At the same time, it is close to several shops and eateries. There are good bus connections, about 10 minutes by bus to Arendal city center and about 50 minutes by car to Kristiansand Zoo.

The cabin is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and by the lake just below the cabin you can sail, fish and swim.

The residence is about 80 sqm and consists of two bedrooms, attic, bathroom, laundry room and living room with open kitchen solution. The residence has sea glow and it is 80 m down to the city fjord. Only 5 min to go to shopping center with pharmacy, grocery, cafe, etc.

The Appartment is located at a cozy marina, with nice view of the marina and all the boats passing by during summer season. Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.

Southern idyll

Bright, cozy apartment, with beautiful views of Arendals Byfjord. It is fully furnished, has a smart TV (however, without channels) and free Wi-Fi. It is only a 2 minute walk to the center and Norway's first floating pool. From the city you can take a ferry to e.g. Merdø. The apartment has a nice patio with its own barbecue, table and chairs and a fantastic view. There is no parking for the apartment but public parking garage nearby.
