There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the 1st floor of the house. Small boat harbour nearby, garden on the front of the house. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbors, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrances to each of the apartments. Wi-Fi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and smoking are not allowed due to allergies

The cabin is completely secluded with its own jetty and has several nice outdoor areas. The heat pump keeps the temperature even throughout the day and the wood stove can be lit for coziness and extra heat. Ski slope at Øynaheia is not far away and you can strap on the skis at the cabin and walk towards the slopes from there. Very nice bathing opportunities with your own jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

The large lawn in front of the cabin is also ideal for children. In autumn you can pick blueberries, lingonberries and mushrooms. In winter, Øynaheia has great groomed trails for those who want to go cross-country skiing. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful residence. Road all the way up. The cabin with annex is located alone in the woods by a small lake. Large terrace. Here it is completely quiet and only the sounds of nature you hear. Nice hiking and biking opportunities right outside the door. The bathing area is 10m from the cabin wall. The annex has 2 beds and a wood stove and views directly out on the water and the surrounding nature. The cabin is an old restored forest house with atmosphere. Here you just have to open the doors and nature comes into the living room.

There are marked hiking trails around the cabin area, as well as a beach with a diving board and floating jetty. Great outfield for picking wild mushrooms and berries in late summer and autumn. Possibility to go fishing in the fjord.

Here you wake up rested to the sounds of nature in the morning, and can often enjoy the view of grazing deer on the outside of the bedroom with the coffee cup on the bed. It is about 1 km to the swimming area and fishing lake. 7 km to the grocery store and 20 km to the shopping mall. It is about 1 hour drive to the Zoo in Kristiansand, Evje where you can visit the mineral park and to Brokelandsheia where you can visit the small zoo. Otherwise, there is a short distance to the coastal towns of Lillesand, Grimstad, Arendal, Tvedestrand and Risør.

The cabin is located in a small village. 10 min away by car you come to Mykland, there is a shop that has what you need, if you go to a larger town it is 35 min to Evje or 50 min drive to the beautiful coastal town of Arendal.
