We had a great stay at these apartments in Graz. The place was very quiet and had everything we needed. It looked exactly like the photos – clean and well-maintained. The check-in and check-out process was simple and straightforward. The host, Julia, was very friendly and always available if needed. Highly recommended!

Cristina was super friendly and offered her help without being pushy. I loved the spacious, warm and clean apartment a lot. Spotless and so well equipped. Even the knives were sharp. Dishwasher tabs and detergent were there, nothing was missing. I also liked the bed and matrace. I d stay there again.

Small cozy apartment in a quiet , very nice location, separate entrance, stylish garden, friendly helpful landlords . The area is ideal for hiking and there are nice places to eat nearby.

Great spot for a work trip, right next to the train station and very walkable down to the river, too.

It is definitely the best place to stay in Graz. The place is lovely, with an amazing garden right outside when you open the windows. Georg was amazing. He was always very helpful and kind. The location is perfect because you have access to shops, restaurants, bakeries, banks, everything you need for a long or short stay. You can walk from there to the most beautiful places in the city because it is right it the middle of it! 20 minute walk to the Uni. This definitely will be the place for me when I come back to Graz. :D

Nice, very well-equipped apartment in the immediate vicinity of supermarket, bakery, tram. Due to the location in the basement, it is a little gloomy.

We stayed with Nikolaus for the second time for 1 week. As with the first time, everything was GREAT! Accommodation was super clean, Nikolaus very hospitable and we felt very comfortable there. My fullest recommendation! I would always book the place again.

Christian and his family were incredibly welcoming and friendly, offer a wide selection of delicious drinks m, and the facilities (including whirlpool and grill) were impeccable. The ideal spot for a getaway in the countryside.

Super lovely hosts, we felt very welcome. In the midst of the great outdoors. Slippers were also prepared/everywhere small candies & espresso. In addition, the room was taken over with tea/sugar. The host is very friendly & responds quickly. Description is correct, except for the whirlpool. There is a window covered with the pool cover In the wine cellar, pastries and wine were prepared in a super sweet way. The only thing to complain about is the cleanliness. Unfortunately, the dishes were not 100% clean, the shower heads were very calcified and partly not intact. A repair is required here. We could not adjust the water temperature in the room & in the wellness area the rain shower did not work & partially did not let water through or it sprayed next to it. You can argue about this, as it is in nature, cobwebs have been in the sauna & whirlpool area. Windows also dirty. Overall, great!
