Very nice, newly renovated and well-equipped apartment in a revitalized villa in a central location in the Geidorf district for a maximum of 4 people. In front of the apartment with garden access and terrace are the tram stops of lines 4 and 5, a Billa, a bakery and an Italian restaurant. The city center is easily reached in 15 minutes on foot or even shorter by public transport.
