Tranquil & Lovely Cottage in Minstead, New Forest.

Our cottage is set in a peaceful corner of the village of Minstead, in the heart of the New Forest. It is a Victorian farmhouse overlooking fields with some beautiful original features and has been in our family for over 60 years. It comfortably sleeps up to 6 people with a large mature garden, perfect for families, friends or even couples. It's so tranquil here, hardly a car goes by, but you will see ponies, donkeys and cows roaming up the lane while the wild forest itself is 10 mins walk away.

If you are looking for a romantic escape in the New Forest, just a short walk from the pub and open forest, then look no further. Situated in the grounds of an impressive country house, the Goat Shed is the stylishly renovated ground floor of a 19th century barn, with a kingsize four poster bed, claw foot bath and woodburning stove. Deer roam through the gardens, and our wood burning stove makes nights in perfectly cosy. A great spot from which to explore the forest, or simply relax in comfort.

'The Loft' is situated in Emery Down, a beautiful village in the heart of the New Forest where livestock roams free. This welcoming newly refurbished apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen and access to a pretty garden space - perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Walking and cycle routes (and a popular pub) can be reached in moments, local amenities are within walking distance in the forest’s capital Lyndhurst and sandy beaches are a short drive away. Private parking is available.

Ryans Cabin

A unique attractive open plan Cabin for guests looking for a relaxing get away to the beautiful New Forest. The Cabin is located in the grounds of Ryans Cottage, in the middle of Bramshaw. The surroundings offer natural woods and trails, where you will have endless walks and cycle rides throughout some of England's most stunning countryside. A wonderful habitat for birds, deer, ponies and donkeys. There are many local pubs, restaurants, coffee shops for those valuable lunches and evening meals.

The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

Welcome to our semi off grid sustainable home where you will enjoy our shepherd's hut and the peace and tranquillity it provides. Amongst our newly planted saplings in our paddock you will have the wildlife and our 2 ponies for company. A warm, cosy, quiet, safe, space...read our reviews!!!! Gardeners cottage is a charming and cosy bolthole in the grounds of the Old Sir Walter Tyrell House, set in the heart of the new forest. The house was for over 150 years a pub, then derelict for a decade and now stylishly restored to a private residence. Gardeners cottage is a 1 bed, self contained dwelling with a kitchen-dining-living room, king size bedroom, and luxurious bathroom. It is pet friendly, has access to a private, south facing, fenced off garden with terrace.

Beautiful, large Shepherd's Hut (20' x 12') in your own peaceful, private space between the garden & the fields - perfect to explore the New Forest. Bring your walking shoes, bikes & horses. Beautiful place for artists, yoga and meditation. There's a stream for you to go and sit by and you can often see deer in the fields next to you. Sit by the firepit and listen to the owls. More ponies, cattle, donkeys wander down the lane past the house than cars. An idyllic escape.
