Connie’s place was not only the perfect size and location but also just the perfect vibe. Every part of the treehouse matched what we were wanting out of our vacation and made our trip that much more enjoyable. Whether it was sitting outside drinking coffee in the morning or out by the fire at night, the view and peaceful surroundings along with the interior views created the perfect escape for us throughout our entire stay. Connie was responsive and beyond amazing with every question and help we needed. She was an amazing host and created the best space for our trip, we appreciated every big and small detail!

Our family of 12 had a wonderful stay here! We have several young children and we appreciated the accommodations for them. There was plenty of space for us all to spread out and for the children to play. We cook a lot when we vacation and we had everything we needed for that. Grant was very helpful and responded quickly to any communication. We loved the back porch, especially the deer that came right up to the porch to watch us, and the majestic bald eagle sitting in the top branches of his equally majestic tree home! We loved Fripp Island and we will definitely be back!

Lovely space! Beautifully decorated and with modern touches and comfortable beds. We hope to return soon. We enjoyed biking around the neighborhood and to the general store. It’s a peaceful, quiet resort neighborhood — but so close to many things to do. Recommend the free shuttle to the beach, especially with preschool/elementary children in tow who may not feel like walking 12 minutes to the beach. This property is awesome! My family has been to numerous Airbnbs and this experience was very accommodating and exceeded many expectations. The house was very clean, spacious and easy to settle into especially thanks to Rachel with her hospitality and recommendations! The neighborhood here is quiet and friendly. Fripp Island and this property is now on our list of places to revisit. We love islands and golf carts — the golf cart here was perfect!

The host was fabulous and attentive throughout the booking and our stay. The home was impeccable, conveniently located and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and leisurely beach vacay!

With us and children’s families we had plenty of room and things to do right on the property for 6 adults and 5 grandchildren from 2 to 10 years old! We had a blast: plenty of beds, bathrooms, big kitchen and den, indoor swimming pool, game room, hot tub, fire pit, short street for bikes, garage. On raining periods or at night the house was great for eating, play and family time! We got the golf cart and biked minutes from Folly Field beach and also to Island beach which were great beaches. Biking on the beaches and the innumerable wonderful trails throughout Hilton Head is amazing for those who take advantage of it. Besides the beach adventures we also took advantage of the horseback riding at Lawton Stables and the Pirates of Hilton Head kids pirate ship adventure at Harbor Town which was something the kids and adults will not forget. We ate most of the time in our great kitchen but some did get to enjoy two fabulous seafood restaurants. Hilton Head is a beautiful island!

When we walked into the octagon treehouse, we couldn’t stop squealing, “how cool is this?!” Kim’s home is one of the most fun and interesting stays we’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. Kim and her family obviously have natural talent for hosting because the house was perfectly furnished with practical, comfortable and beautiful furniture and amenities, which made us feel at home right away. I can’t say enough nice things about our stay. It was wonderful from top to bottom thanks in large part to Kim’s recommendations and beautiful home. FYI, our young kids were obsessed with this house. We hope to be back again!

My family and I had a wonderful time sitting on the screened porch, overlooking the lagoon, and watching the many birds coming and going. There is a beautiful view of the river, lagoon and surrounding marsh, making our time here serene and peaceful. Our dogs also enjoyed their daily walk on this small island and we all enjoyed going for a golf cart ride to the beach. The home had everything we needed and was a wonderful place to enjoy the surrounding beauty and wildlife. Grocery shopping and restaurants are fairly close (15 - 20 minutes) so anything needed is a short drive away. Lucy gave very easy to follow instructions for our stay and we all enjoyed our time here immensely!!! The only down side was leaving!!

We had a wonderful stay at Marrakech on the marsh. The house was beautiful furnished and in a very serene location, we could not have wished for more. It was definitely one of our favourite Airbnb stays and would love to return one day. Thank you very much Ellie for helping us with our questions.

We enjoyed our stay for several nights! Can't beat the location & scenery! The inside is just like the photos. The King bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Short walk out to the beach/ocean. We really enjoyed sitting on the screened porch. We enjoyed eating at the Seacow & Crust pizza place. Crissy is a great host! We will return.

I found this place for my husband's fishing trip with a couple of his best friends. They said the place was great! Donelle brought by fresh baked goods for them (how kind!) They said the place was clean, and the beds were comfortable. They all said how peaceful the location was. One of them has a small boat, and there was plenty of room to park the trailer for the boat. Highly recommend, and they want to stay here again next year!

A hurricane came with us. And the island amenities were shut down. This cost was a disappointment but understandable. We walked on the beach and visited to local beauty. The host proactively kept us up to date. We will return in the next year.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Such a beautiful set up and the deck overlooking the live oaks was wonderful for morning coffee. It is centrally located to all the islands and we were able to sight see and enjoy the home. Thank you for letting us enjoy your little home away from home!

The Palm Villa was the perfect place to stay for our family's first trip to Hilton Head! The villa was everything we hoped it would be. It's quiet, comfortable, clean, well-stocked with basics, and has a beautiful view looking out the sunroom. It's only a 5-minute walk to the beach, which is perfect if you're traveling with young kids. The villa is also near the entrance of Sea Pines, which made it easy for us to come and go as needed. Cory was a fantastic host and was very responsive and helpful during our trip. There were a few small maintenance issues with the villa and adjacent putting green that occurred during our stay, but Cory went above and beyond to address those (without disturbing our vacation) and make it right for us. Would definitely recommend; we hope to come back!

The house was beautiful and clean. The location was nice beach and pools close. Itripp checked in with us and was quick to bring some kitchen tools needed. The furniture and beds were comfortable and we loved the space. If it had been cooler we would have loved sitting on the porches more. The golf course is right there and a water hazard has an alligator. Not an issue for us no small children or pets. Note a golf cart really makes a difference rent one before coming. The location is remote the closest grocery is 40 mins. Prepare for that. To utilize pools/courts/golf/restaurants you will need to pay a not small fee. For us the fee was worth it. Add that to your budget. Beaches are included in rent and were not busy ever and pristine and beautiful. We had a great vacation.

We absolutely loved the food and champagne. Things like that stand out, because we were tired when we got in from the long drive and knew we could relax in with the breakfast there instead of having to go buy something. Everything was comfortable and we really enjoyed our time there.

We had a great time at Zach & Allison’s! This was our second time at Hilton Head and once again, we loved every bit of it! Condo was very clean, location was great, and host was always very attentive. Would definitely recommend!

This spot was wonderful, great location, amazing views, back porch over looking water, dock close by to sit out over water, just a few steps away from the club house. The house was very clean, well stocked and very functional. I would rent again if I visit the area.

So beautiful and so peaceful! There were three of us for the weekend and we fit comfortably. Very quiet, close to multiple beaches. Maurice was very responsive and super helpful as well. Highly recommend, we will be back!

Highly recommend. Bill thought of everything to make your stay feel special. The layout is amazing for the amount of space. All the dishes, pots and pans were top quality. Truly the nicest appointed place I’ve rented.

Sarah was a wonderful host. Answered any, and all questions. She checked in periodically, while reminding me I didn’t have to answer as it was my vacation. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness. So many small touches in the home that you just don’t think about but were grateful were there. The bathroom was wonderful and we were impressed. The addition of a park pass was wonderful. We loved being able to go to Hunting Island without paying, since we, a family of four, went multiple times during our stay. 10 out of 10, would definitely stay again!

We loved our family time at Sondra and Diane's place and can easily recommend it others. It was so relaxing, yet there was plenty to do. Having our own pool and easy access to a quiet, beautiful beach was incredible. The house was very family friendly with a pack and play, high chair, toys, and books all available and very welcome by my daughter and her baby. All communications were easy, clear, friendly, and accomodating. They really want their guests to be comfortable - they even asked what temperature we'd like the house to be set at upon our arrival! I've never had that before! It was a wonderful vacation, and we'd love to go back!
