There are all the amenities around. Bus (83) is at the foot of the building towards the Old Port or the Prado. Bus 82s from Les Catalans will take you to St Charles train station (and vice versa). My apartment is nestled on the top floor, under the roofs of the building. It is about 37 m2 and is configured as a duplex: downstairs are the main room, small kitchen, shower room and separate toilet. There is a small balcony and a nice view! Upstairs: the large bedroom with storage for your clothes and a double bed (160 x 200). And a desk area for remote work. There is enough to have a good night's sleep: SLEEP PEACEFULLY in comfortable bedding.
