Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

Oasis of the metropolis - loft in Lanke Castle

We love contrasts - In Schloss Lanke, we rent a spacious 100 sqm loft in the attic. A castle loft. French Neo-Renaissance on the outside, subtle minimalism on the inside. Urban living comfort meets the lush nature of the Barnim Nature Park. Both together create the perfect setting for rest, relaxation and deceleration. In addition to vacation rentals, Schloss Lanke also houses the owners' apartments as well as office space on the first floor. We respect our privacy.

Old fisherman's house on Lake Grimnitz

Our house is situated right by the bathing beach, just a 3-minute walk from the front door. It offers a perfect blend of modern amenities and historical charm. You'll stay in the 110 sqm upper floor of the fisherman's house, with four bedrooms accommodating up to eight people. Admire the gallery displaying old fishing pictures from the 1920s and enjoy the lake view through ancient maple and cherry trees. The kitchen and living area are perfect for relaxation.

Vacation home in the countryside

The apartment is located in a stylish old farmhouse converted in 2023 in the Schorfheide nature reserve, and is only a 2-minute walk from the lake, where you can swim quietly and relax. The house has a rowboat, which can be used for a fee (€10/day). From the large outdoor terrace you can watch cranes and storks in the meadow belonging to the courtyard. The Chorin monastery and the Brodowin eco-village can each be reached in 15 minutes by car (30 minutes by bike).

The surroundings of Götschendorf are characterized by untouched nature – ideal for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet.

Enjoy a quiet, relaxing break on your own lake property. You will stay in a beautiful vacation home with lake view and direct access to Lake Lübbesee, including a private jetty. It has three bedrooms and one bathroom on each floor. In the living room is a fireplace, for a cozy time on colder days. You have the choice between three terraces to enjoy the lake in the best possible way and a kayak to make excursions. Have fun in your lake house!

The Birkenhof Uckermark - farmhouse with sauna

“Less is more” – This is one of the golden rules for good design, which guided us in the restoration of our farm in the Uckermark. The Birkenhof includes several acres of land with meadows, fruit and vegetable gardens and our small birch grove, which gave the farm its name. The farmhouse is ideal for families or small groups. The farmhouse can also be rented together with the stable building and laundry.

Villa Balkonien with roof terrace

Our Balkonien apartment convinces with a large roof terrace, lots of light and a wide view of the countryside, an ideal retreat to relax. The quiet, natural location in the Uckermark offers a lot of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. In addition, you can enjoy our shared wellness area with two saunas, a hot tub and a fireplace – perfect for relaxing hours after your days in the Schorfheide.

Lovingly designed half house with its own entrance and garden area – quietly located and surrounded by nature. On about 70 m², two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with tub and shower and a cozy living room with dining area await you. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher and fridge – ideal for couples, families or city dwellers looking for peace and quiet.

Cottage in the woods

The cottage is located in the forest, lined with a spruce and a fir tree. The decor is simple. There is a small area for cooking - gas stove, fridge and kitchen utensils are there. A small bathroom with shower is located right next to the entrance. In the living area there is a sofa that is used as a sleeping accommodation if necessary. The stairs lead to the sleeping loft.

An elaborately restored school building from 1873 awaits you. The apartment captivates with a lot of wood and the walls plastered with clay. In the garden, right next to the horse paddock, you will find an old stone barn, where you will find a large fireplace room, an infrared cabin, a wood-fired sauna and a bathroom.
