The little cabin remains an absolute treasure. I first came here 17 years ago and it remains as wonderful as ever, impeccably cared for and very private. The view from the deck is breathtaking and the hammocks are a special treat!

Great place for a much needed getaway, grateful for such a comfortable and accommodating place.

5 stars from me all around! It was an overall relaxing vacation for us. The view is the first thing noticeably unique about this airbnb. Absolutely breathtaking!!! Its even beautiful from inside the room. We enjoyed the massage chair, comfortable bed, tv, portable speaker, and the hot tub. I would recommend this airbnb and would love to visit again!

We had such a lovely time here. John was very flexible, responsive and clearly cared that we had a good stay. The hot tub was clean and we took their two person kayak to the little island where we swam! It was beautiful and really made our 24 hours in Bellingham worth it. We also loved the restaurant and bakery recommendations they gave us. Can’t wait to be back some day!

Jackie was lovely and welcomed our group to her home. The location was quiet (other than animal sounds and children staying in the tent) and very peaceful. The perfect place to stay and check out the surrounding towns.

The place was beautiful and private, with many deer wandering freely. The cabin was luxurious, with a great kitchen, a hot tub, a huge wrap-around couch and a deck with plenty of seating. Autumn, the host, was very accommodating and easily reachable by phone. Beds were comfortable, showers were hot, and we had plenty of extra linens, including towels. We have stayed in many Airbnb accommodations, and this was one of the best. Thank you!

Had such a great stay celebrating my mom’s birthday. Very peaceful area and the space was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed for a nice staycation! Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to find some relaxation.

The location was beautiful. You can see the beach from the hot tub and window. The mountains from the back. The whole area was well maintained. It looked exactly like what was posted. The hosts were incredibly responsive especially when the hot tub stopped working. We were still able to use it, but without the jets. It wasn’t that big of a deal mainly because they responded and showed up within about 20-30 mins. It may have been shorter to be honest. I would definitely go back another time or recommend this location any day. Thank you for making it an easy in and out!

This might be the first time I give 5 stars for an airbnb and it is absolutely well deserved. Julie and Johns place was beautiful, clean, quiet, and peaceful. The privacy and natural setting was well worth the price. The hosts were very thoughtful and had the placed stocked with all that you would need for a comfortable stay. The tall trees, sounds of birds, and animal sightings (eagles and deer) made it hard to want to leave! We truly loved our stay!

This is a delightfully beachy cabin, right on the beach, that welcomes dogs. Beautiful sunsets!! I cooked a family birthday dinner for five in the compact kitchen, and was pleasantly surprised by the number of tools and serving supplies available. Towels, fans, throw blankets, and other comfort items were well stocked. Close proximity to Bellingham, and a nice day trip from Mt. Baker. Recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Louise’s Cottage! very clean, comfortable bed, wood burning stove and thoughtful little welcome note. Home surrounded by greenery and only a short driving distance to town.

We came for a weekend Renaissance Faire and while we very much enjoyed the Faire it was great to come back to a place where we could relax, be comfortable and enjoy the quiet of the countryside and the views. CarolLynn was very helpful whenever we had a question and showed us around her beautiful property. I will most definitely consider staying here again.

Not only is this home luxurious and immaculate, it is a nourishing step back in time where everything is hand-made, lovingly curated, and generously shared. I can’t recommend this little cottage enough. And if you’re blessed enough to walk the gardens, well…delightful doesn’t even come close. I really recommend this stay for a family or anyone looking to slow down and savour a beautiful time.

Mark and his property were both amazing. The cottage itself was nestled away but still close to everything you would need. Mark was responsive and easy to communicate with during the entire stay. Will most definitely be back!

This has to be my favourite Airbnb we have stayed in. The cottage itself was stunning, with nice decor, comfortable furniture and everything we needed for our weekend getaway. The large windows provided lots of natural light and an amazing view to the ocean. What I loved most is that we were surrounded by nature listening to the birds and watching the deer grazing right outside the windows. This has been such a peaceful and serene experience! We had an incredible stay at Bayside Cottage! The house is very charming and has everything that you need. We loved the porch overlooking the bay and the short easy walk down to the bay. We hope to return soon!

Teri’s cabin is perfect! She has gone to tremendous length to ensure every small detail for your stay will be perfect. From the heated bathroom floors, to the perfectly weighted comforters, to the beautifully stacked and dried firewood, your enjoyable stay is her priority. The cabin is maintain in pristine condition and loving details are in every space. Amazingly, she does this while also ensuring the space is void of any clutter. While I was there with my sister and nephew, I feel this space is suited for lovers seeking a special space to connect and enjoy nature. The meadow is beautiful at dusk and dawn and I strongly recommend an evening fire. Eastsound is a short drive where great local shops, wine tasting and restaurants are available. Orcas Island has beautiful hikes, parks, and walking trails available for your enjoyment. I cannot recommend Teri’s cabin enough. Thank you for a perfect adventure.

I had a lovely weekend with friends at this amazing place... such a beautiful area to explore and the home was very cozy and relaxing. They had many nice details that made us feel welcome and at home. I would love to go back!

Thanks for the opportunity to stay here. It IS sourreal.....and the silence permeates the crevasses of the soul. Her home is beautiful with deer and the singular beauty of nature all around.Many memories that resonate for us. DEB is so nice and is immensely talented. What a gjft she has. We really enjoyed our time at the stone cottage. it is very cozy and well decorated to provide a feeling of home. The surroundings are beautiful as are the beaches. Debbie gave us some great suggestions for beaches and restaurants. We hope to come again!

Can NOT emphasize enough how incredible this stay was. Close to everything, while still giving you plenty of privacy. Mary was an incredible host, offering great suggestions, and even giving us a bouquet from her garden! Felt welcomed and right at home even though we were miles from it. Will absolutely be returning!
