Welcome to our modern, spacious apartment in the countryside! Over more than 100 square metres, up to 6 guests will find plenty of space to settle in and relax. A quiet, rural location with ideal connections: Würzburg, Ochsenfurt, Taubertal, as well as the A3 and A7, are within a maximum of 20 minutes away. Three bedrooms with double beds, a large bathroom + guest toilet, a kitchen, a balcony, underfloor heating and parking right outside the door. We are starting afresh as hosts and look forward to seeing you!

Welcome to Apartment am Südhang! Our cozy apartment is perfect for families or small groups (1–6 guests). It offers three bedrooms, each with two single beds, blackout blinds, and a TV. The small kitchen is well equipped, and the bathroom features an almost walk-in shower. A dining table invites you to relax, and free Wi-Fi is available. Welcome to Weinkeller 84, a wine cellar in Randersacker that has been converted into a holiday apartment. Here, old stone walls and restored furniture meet modern furnishings, which gives the apartment a great charm and coziness. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Despite the basement, every room has daylight. The living-dining room has a big seating window that invites you to linger. A small garden with a terrace is available to guests.

Studio on the southern slope – terrace & close to vineyards

Enjoy relaxing days in our modern, lovingly furnished studio in a quiet location on the southern slope of the Franconian mountains. The stylish accommodation can accommodate 1–2 people (one child up to 2 years old is also welcome and can sleep in the parents' bed). Vineyards, hiking trails and the historic old town of Marktbreit are easily accessible – ideal for couples, short breaks, business travellers and anyone who wants to discover Franconia.

Beautiful apartment from the 16th century

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

Main room

Centrally located, newly renovated ground floor apartment in the old town - just steps from the Main and the Main Bridge. Features: New kitchen, modern bathroom with large shower, washing machine & hairdryer, including towels & bed linen, pets allowed. A secure garage is available for bicycles. Parking is possible right in front of the house (somewhat cramped for larger vehicles) or free of charge on the Main (about 5 minutes' walk).

Guest room Michelskeller

Right next to the market square and the town hall is the Michelskeller in Sulzfeld, a restaurant from the 17th century. century, which has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The guest room offered here, with a small kitchenette and private bathroom with shower, belongs to the second floor of the building, which also includes an apartment and a vacation rental next to the room. The restaurant is currently not managed.

Texan-style house in Apfelbacher

In Kitzingen, just 20 km from Würzburg main train station, Texashaus Apfelbacher offers a vacation home with garden views, free Wi-Fi and free private parking. The vacation home with a terrace and mountain views has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and 2 bathrooms with a walk-in shower. Towels and linens are included in the vacation home.

House "Nr.16" ground floor - fantastic view of Ochsenfurt

Receiving the charm of the 60s and reinterpreting from today's perspective, that was our wish when we extensively renovated our house "No. 16" together with our architects in 2017/18. The result is two sunny apartments on the southern slope of Ochsenfurt with a fantastic view of the Main Valley and the medieval old town. We look forward to hosting our vacation rentals in the 2019 architecture tours.

Welcome to our cozy and modern apartment. It is lovingly furnished with a mixture of modern and old. The apartment invites vacationers, bike tourists or professional commuters alike to linger. Ochsenfurt is located directly on the Main with many cycling and hiking trails. Some things are within easy reach. Also, shopping markets on foot (1.6km 22 min) and the medieval old town (2km 25min).
