Attention radar trap, 30 km/h.The appartment ist located 3 min from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Min to the historic town Horb.About 35 min to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are 2 bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

Josef lives in the house together with pot-bellied pig Wilhelm and our cats Indie, Hera and Odin🐷 🐈‍⬛ 🐈

The spacious 90 sqm, completely renovated and newly furnished apartment in Alpirsbach-Reinerzau, has 2 separate bedrooms for up to 5 people, a bathroom and a large living area (40 sqm). Outdoor whirlpool for 6 people with wood heating. This must be heated yourself, duration about 2.5 to 3 hours. Wood is available. Not suitable for infants. Usable until 11 pm. The pool is not usable in December, January and February. Fee for pool use each €10.00

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of the rustic half-timbered house in 1890. The small village of Aach is only a 5-minute drive from the spa town of Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base to discover the Black Forest. But there is also a lot to explore around the Lerchennest: the natural garden, a fireplace for grilling, a sauna to relax, feed goats or hike together, cuddly hangovers and all kinds of more.

Within walking distance to the edge of the forest is our log cabin with 3 rooms and offers up to 4 guests a cozy stay. Our motto: coziness and relaxation paired with nature and sports. Look forward to a place of recovery and turn off. Two e-bikes are at your disposal to explore the surroundings in a relaxed way.

Our cozy, 59 square meter apartment consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with tub, and a toilet. In addition, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed.

Der Balkon und das geräumige Wohnzimmer bieten viel Licht und einen Panoramablick über das Tal. Der verwilderte Garten grenzt an den Waldrand an, der nächste Wanderweg ist keine hundert Meter entfernt.
