The cottage is well insulated and stays cool during heat waves, It is rated 3 stars, with no occupancy tax. Le Haras des Souches is not an equestrian center. The entrance is separate from the Normandy farmhouse that I have just restored. Located on 4 hectares (9.9 acres) on the edge of the forest. 3 km from Pavilly, on the Rouen - Dieppe, Amiens - Le Havre route. The Parking is private, closed by a gate.

A continental breakfast (made with local products) will be delivered to your door in the morning.

Melmont House

Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat). In the middle of the fields, surrounded by animals (sheep, donkeys, chickens). The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, a large dining room (12 people) and an equipped kitchen. Outside, free access to the large garden, terrace (barbecue, garden furniture) and vegetable garden.

Entire self-contained accommodation, with garden

Welcome to our renovated, self-contained accommodation in the countryside, just a few minutes from Rouen. Upstairs in a separate building from our house, you will enjoy a private space of 55 m², which is quiet and comfortable, as well as a garden with furniture and a barbecue. You will have a mezzanine room equipped with a 160cm bed + a sofa bed in the 140cm living room. Sheets & towels are provided. Two charging stations for electric vehicles are located 50 metres away.
