Located less than a 15-minute walk from the Grand-Place and Vieux-Lille, and 5 minutes from the République–Beaux-Arts metro station. 10min walk to Wazemmes Market, Parc Jean-Baptiste Lebas and Gare Saint-Sauveur.

Please note that it is accessed by two flights of stairs and there is no elevator. - As street parking is limited to 4 hours, we recommend the underground car park 't Pandreitje, a 5-minute walk away.
