115 m2 loft in a secure residence with a large south-facing terrace, a large living room with an open-plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one on the mezzanine level with a ladder staircase), each with a double bed, a secure parking space, 10 minutes from Lille and close to the metro and tram, and 10 minutes from the Grand Stade Pierre. My accommodation is family-friendly. When I rent, I stay with my friend on the same floor. In case of any problems, I am nearby to help you. Just a quick note: receptions or parties are not allowed.

Please note that it is accessed by two flights of stairs and there is no elevator. - As street parking is limited to 4 hours, we recommend the underground car park 't Pandreitje, a 5-minute walk away.
