Apartment with a nice view from the 4th floor of a wilhelminian historic building just across a small park, 12 walking minutes from the Old City Centre, 500m from the trainstation and 300m from the Elbe River. The interior is nordic-elegant, with a small bedroom, living room with Couch (could sleep 2 more persons), small balcony, modern and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a small corridor. The view from the apartment rewards the long stairs up to the 4th floor.

Our apartment is equipped with everything your heart desires. It is located in the western district of Dresden Cossebaude. Near the apartment there are various shopping facilities and activities (bakery, butcher, supermarket, bank, outdoor pool, fitness center). Bus and train can be reached on foot in 5 min. and by train (13 min), bus (30 min, runs every 20 min also at night) or car (15 min) in Dresden city center. The Elbe Trail can be reached by bike within 5 minutes.

They have a locked apartment / 40 m2 on level ground. The terrace invites you to sit outdoors.The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2×2 m extended and can be used as a 3rd bed. With us you can play table tennis , billiards and darts. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elbe bike path just 400 m away invite you.
