a bright, light appartement. I loved the terrace with early morning sun. the bed was good. on walking distance from the beach club, where they serve fresh food. this was a tip from our host. we went in november, so it was very quiet.

We enjoyed our stay at this house! ❤️Beautiful views for breakfast with family made our mornings there unforgettable. 🌊 It was harder to understand the system of collection of litter, 🗑️ which must be sorted and put to the doors every night, but it is ok 🛁🚰 The capacity of the boiler was limited and it wasn’t so comfortable for a family of 4 when everyone needed to take a shower at the morning or evening. But even with those notes, this house is a gem 💎✨ and I would recommend staying there for ultimate Sicilian vacation 🍋

We had a great stay at Antonino's. it was clean, convenient and overall a short but pleasant stay.

Everything was perfect. Functional, air-conditioned and well located accommodation, very close to the beach and the center of Pozzallo. When you arrive by car, the private parking was very appreciated Nino is very kind and always available. Your tips made our stay even better. It was a real pleasure to meet him and ours is definitely a goodbye

We had an awesome stay. Antonio and his wife were exceptionally welcoming and nice people. the place and the view are awesome. we are already thinking about coming back to Sampieri.

We spent two weeks of absolute relaxation in this beautiful stone house, quiet, well cared for, ideal for a family of four, just a few meters from the sea in the oldest area of Sampieri with fishermen's boats and houses overlooking the sea. In short, a perfect place to combine sea, tranquility and visits to the wonderful cities and sites of interest that this part of Sicily offers.

We had a wonderful vacation in this house near the sea. The location is perfect: just steps to the beach, ideal for those who love to take long walks on the sand and enjoy the sea at all times of the day. The house is well maintained, spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is well-stocked and the living room is cozy, perfect for relaxing after a sunny day. However, I have to emphasize a negative aspect: the bed in the main bedroom is really uncomfortable and hangs towards the center. After a couple of nights you feel the back discomfort, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. It's a shame because everything else is excellent, but this is definitely a point that needs improvement. In conclusion, I recommend this house for its fantastic location and for the overall quality of the rooms, but I sincerely hope that the bed problem is resolved to make the stay experience unique.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! The location could not have been more perfect — just steps from the beach and a short walk to the charming little center full of lovely restaurants and cafes. The villa itself was spotless on arrival, and you could tell great care is taken to maintain it. Every room was beautifully furnished, and the breathtaking views of the ocean made every morning feel like a dream. The outdoor spaces were just as impressive, with a lovely terrace where we enjoyed breakfast each day while listening to the sound of the waves. Being so close to the beach and town made it easy to relax and truly make the most of our holiday. We can't recommend this villa highly enough — it was the perfect getaway, and we are already looking forward to returning!

The room met all expectations, was spacious, well located, furnished in a professional and modern way. Claudio is very nice and attentive, he is easy to approach and has interesting advice on the area he comes from. The surrounding garden is his passion and life and as guests we enjoyed the fresh (organic) products he generously provided us with. (vegetables, oranges, lemons, pomegranates) Thanks Claudio!

Everything was perfect!

The apartment is nice and very close to the sea, we could go to the beach and come back few times a day. It has a nice garden and it feels grand. Also laying in the chair on the terrace during siesta was one of my favorites. The Conad is 5-10 mins away and cafes along the shore just few minutes away.

Beautiful home in a peaceful location. The veranda is the best part of this home, we sat outside and enjoyed breakfast at the outdoor table in the sun, perfect. Location is 20 min walk to the beach (downhill on the way there so quite uphill on the way back!) not loads in the immediate area but there is a Eurospar (shop) with all groceries. Otherwise perfectly fine with a car as within 10/15 min drive you can find a lot. Giorgio was a lovely host, even though he couldn’t meet us he was responsive and helpful. Lovely relaxing stay.

We stayed at Biaggio's luxury appartement for 1 month and had the chance to explore everything in the nearby area as well as some places further away which he recommended and all of them were great. But the best part of course was the appartement itself and Biaggio's wonderful hospitality. During our 6 week trip through Italy he was by far the kindest and most caring host of them all. 10/10 !!!

Fantastic stay in beautiful house, and a very positive and responsive host:) Worth noting is that it is a bit of a walk to the beach with poor sidewalks for baby strollers. We ended up driving instead. Also good to know that restaurants in town open first at 7:30 pm which was too late for us with small kids. We ended up having pizza takeout or cooking ourselves in the evening. All in all, a great stay!

Silvio was an incredibly great host. He has taken care of every issue directly. Was available at all times, helpful and friendly. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need. In the low season a very quiet and pleasant place to stay. Perfect for a few days to unwind.

Hello, we just got back from Sicily and we had a fantastic experience! Rita and Lothar is simply are amazing hosts. The apartment is clean and spacious, from a quick walk away from the sandy beach. The apartment comes with beach supplies, so you can save between 18-25 euros every day;) The apartment also has an espresso machine( what I loved 🥰). The beds are super comfortable 🙏 I highly recommend this place for anyone who has kids, because the beach is shallow and warm. Bakery and supermarkets are within 10 minutes reach by foot.

Good location and absolutely fabulous view from the large terrace. Eight minutes walk to the main piazza downtown, probably less than that to the beach. The apartment is small but comfortable. It has the basics but no real extras (only coffee maker is a stovetop espresso maker, no dishtowels, for example). Communication with Fabrizio was easy. There was an issue with the wifi but we worked something out with Fabrizio. I would stay there again, but would verify the wifi situation first.

We spent the last days of our vacation at this place and could not be more satisfied. The house perfectly reflected the description of the listing: clean, well cared for, cozy and equipped with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. The location was perfect, with the sea within walking distance and the choice between some equipped beaches or a large free beach. The center is also easily accessible, with many stalls, typical restaurants and play areas for children. Thank you for everything!

Perfect appartment. Salvatore was very open and communication with him was excelent. Appartment looks much better than in photos. Very cosy, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Parking lot 100m from flat, beach another 150m+. Many places to go, lunapark for children open daily and was next to the parking lot. We really enjoyed the stay here. Thank you very much.
